They can make you sick, comatose, delirious- even kill dead. Most concede regeneration after dead usually doesn't work. 2: Anything I said probably was an point to exploit some aspect of more immobilization. All traps, all pointy jabby siege weapons- all of it. Except the explosives- which would be good for slowing it down/finding the regen limit (if one exists). 3: You don't train a bunch of 'privates' and let them loose without a leader. Not unless you don't mind making more 'privates'. Zero combat experience is one thing- but unguided pressure cooker expectations like this should result... well, like this. |

| God I'm so happy with this episode. Eren lost an arm, and a leg! Even if he miraculously survive, he's not getting his limbs back, not with those gunpowder-age monkey medicine technology. Armin's PTSD will go through the roof after witnessing that as well. Oh god! Eren just got chomped! He got what's coming for him, that's what you get for trying to be a hero, that's what you fucking get for yelling at people all the freaking time! I'm so happy. If he survive this somehow, maybe he'll finally settle down a bit and use his head instead of his "hate" and screaming teenager attitude. |

| Holy fladdleflapping fiddlesticks, this was a good episode. Found that my hands were balled into fists and my palms were sweaty the entire time. Have never both feared and hated a set of antagonists this much in an anime. 5/5, officially riding the hype train, next stop: Mikasa flashback episode. |

Here I thought that they would really massacre the titans, but it seems not so =( I don't believe he died, but I don't know anything about what will happen so I'm pretty eager to find out! Again, amazing action, and the maneuvering gear makes it so unique! I think this may be another favorite anime series of mine by the time of its ending ^^ 5/5. |

It's a noble act to sacrifice yourself for the sake of others. What I don't like, is his attitude toward people that are not soldiers. It seem like he really look down on those who don't wish to fight. I mean, for fuck sake, just because someone speak the truth once, he hit them over the head with a firewood. When his mother try to reason with him, he scream at her face. Who the fuck do you think provide food, weapon technology, as well as lodging? Farmers, Engineers/Scientists, Builders NOT SOLDIERS! Show some fucking respect to people of different profession. Don't just scoff at those who can't become soldiers/scared to become soldiers as "useless livestock". You're just a soldier, one who fight to protect. When the war with titan is over, what are you? Nothing! Maybe sit at home and brag about how you saved humanity from titans, backed by supplies of Farmer, weapons designed by Engineers, research conducted by Scientist, and politicians that pour funds into your war. EDIT: This is where shows like Maou Yuusha of last season shine. Constantly spreading the message of importance of education and knowledge. Showing how soldiers are absolutely unnecessary unless it's desperate. Instead of testosterone/adrenaline rage filled, scream with anger to solve a problem, being dead-set on ending titans and all that. As well as hating on those that are... Well... Livestock. |

There's some major flaw in his attitude when it comes to treating others. Not to mention he's extremely over confident as a soldier. Driven only by his rage testosterone. Talking about training just moments ago, immediately lost himself in rage and charge head first toward a titan, alone. What's wrong with him losing himself? His whole team have to follow him to back him up and end up becoming titan food. I'm sure that is not how they're trained to handle titans. |

Did something happen to you to make you hate soldiers? Was your village raided or something? At any rate, the show pointed out, on episode 1, that it doesn't matter that they're nothing during peacetime, because the fucking war would be over. That's more important. Also, Eren hit the guy because he felt that the Scouting Legion, which went out and risked their lives against harrowing odds, were being under-appreciated. You can scarcely say that he thinks of people who aren't soldiers as "useless livestock," because he stated from the very beginning that he wants the exact opposite. It never even hinted that he doesn't respect farmers [he was one for a time], engineers, and builders; just people who either: join the military for a time and puss out, or people who try to join the police force for the express purpose of living in comfort and safety while others die around them. Also, strickly speaking, his mom ;_;7 was the one screaming in his face, whereas he yelled at her from at least ten feet away :P |
