| After seeing this a second time and not being delusional I have rather intense RAGE! WTF is this BS for real. This unreal. Maria and Mamoru got killed for real. I mean I can’t even apply my theorem I realized no matter almost what. About my theorem on why it might have been possible for Maria/Mamoru to live on, I was thinking Mamoru evolved his Cantus or Maria perhaps in to acquiring Shape-shifting and cloning somehow. Thus in fear could have cloned themselves to fool squealer or at the very least to fool all of their death. By doing so the DNA and Denture fooling could have been possible and the belief they are alive out there. About the reality, well reality sucks shit! With all the signs pointing that the death is more real than a joke I slowly realized my hatred. DEATH TO THE RATS AND TO ALL WHO ASSOCIATE WITH THEM! WTF! How could Maria and Mamoru die even. This is not thinkable. I still can’t believe. SOMEONE PROVE IT TO ME THEY ARE DEAD! Were is the LN passages to has more details of this? I can't help but admit I'm a little lost though >_< This is all very subtly but brilliantly done haha xD Was that girl flying in the blue light Maria...? That would explain Saki's surprise. And what was that with Maria at the end ? Uwaaa so many unknowns. But it keeps me on my toes ^_^ But I really hate those Monster Rats. I know it's horrible, but when Tomiko-san said what she did, I was pretty dang happy. |

| Dang.. So Maria and Mamoru died from the Queerats then? So they really did exterminate Maria and Mamoru back then.. That's they only way that the bones even have the DNA of the two. Seems like Saki accepted their death, whatnot with her yukata matching that of mourning clothing. Plus the ending scene with Maria's final words so to speak. And now that I look at the ending visuals, it's not that the plot is going to be all about Maria and how she and Mamoru are planning all these issues, it's about Saki accepting the death of Maria. Sine in the visuals we saw Maria's spirit/essence fly up to the sky like how one's spirit would do after the body dies. Nice episode, the ending visuals really are nicely animated, especially those falling sakura petals^^ We got to see more of Satoru comforting Saki too<3 But I do hear that it was supposed to be more than what they showed us >.< Kyaa! Next ep! |

| One of the best episodes so far. Surprise attack (good strategy btw) after the annihiliation of the Giant Hornet colony (or just the army?) with the aid of (possibly) a human (which could be the other two). Shisei Kaburagi was fucking badass. Especially him absorbing the blast and releasing it back at them. We didn't really know the big guy, but I still feel sad for him :/ What the heck was up with that eye-lazor? I don't think Maria and Mamoru are dead. And was that foreshadowing them having a child now? It could be at most 11 if I count it right. |

| Queerats really used terror tacticts. What happen to the group that went to annihilate them i wonder. Also it's quite clear cantus power was used to destroy Giant Hornet colonies. So who is the human helping them. Is Maria and Mamoru really dead? If not then how did Yakomaru managed to pull such a trick that will even fool a DNA test? I was thinking about Maria's bones and such. If both of their friends are really dead could it be that Maria left a child that Yakomaru raised? Then Saki's words about Maria could still be true. Could they have used Maria in the same way they used their mother queen? Then they will have a cantus user they raised. rul said: Why did that light come out of the bald guys eyes when he was dying and who was the women that came out of the light? My guess is that this has something to do about the mysterious question on where all that energy they use for cantus comes since food doesn't seem to be enough except if each of them ate as much as 100 people. |

The woman coming out of the other guy's eye was really weird. Definitely the most nerve-wracking episode so far, I was on the edge of my seat for most of it. |

| 5/5 Episode that shows the concept and argues that the real enemy of humanity is man himself, who always reaches out to want to self-destruct. For the series, if the anime are childish, then you explain to me why they are more truthful than many television programs made to circumvent the people. Plot and narrative that are cresiuti another step in reaching an optimal level! Animations and good designs. |

| Great episode!!! Four pupils was a real shocker I wonder why he has them? He's still a BAMF though. I really am starting to wonder about Maria now and where she went, and if she is alive how does she tie into all of this. Still can't forget the narrative long ago about her better off being dead or never born, so I'm still waiting for that. |

| Fuck, this show stress me so much, I feel like I'm gonna crap myself. The last two scene gave me chills down my spine. First, Tomiko bloody war declaration to Squealer and Maria trying to convince herself that she's doing the right thing. I didn't expected an assault so ''early''. There is still 7 episodes left, I thought that Squealer attack would happen more in the 22e episode maybe. Anyway, they failed but won in some way. They failed to take over the town, but they for sure instored a climate of terror in it. When we look back on it, it was more like a terrorist attack than anything else. Those queerats were cannon fodders. The next episode is called ''Darkness''. The last episode that was called ''May the darkness...'' was when Shun became our tragic karma demon. The question is : is Maria became a fiend or do she do that thinking it is for the best for the human civilization? Because, you know, there definitely is a problem in their social organization. It is worse than a dictatorship, they are living in fake clouds, filled in a false sense of security. One of the greatest distopia I seen :) Also, almost forgot about that, four eyes dude... Who is he? He's so fucking creepy, he doesn't even look like a human. |

| Okay, this, I liked this. It was pretty cool how the meeting and festival were switched back and forth. A bit jarring at first, but it turned out to be a good effect in the end. Oh crap, at the implications that a human is helping the Monster Rats, I'm betting on Maria at least doing it. The out of the blue scene with her at the end kind of makes me think so. Not sure about Mamoru. I know it was stated that the bodies were "definitely" theirs. But, I don't for a minute believe that. I have a bad feeling that they may have been lobotomized like the queen was. |
