ugh ive been unintentionally stumbling upon alot of spoilers.. i try my best to just forget about it.

i remember spoiling the ending for clannad right before watching it. going through the whole series already knowing what happens in the back of my mind was terrible.. but you know what they say about the journey rather than the destination. lol

i hate spoilers, when its of something you havent watch then do something immediatly to distract you like singing along with music AS LOUDLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, start having conversations with someone and dont stop talking till you forget it

when its of something im watching its impossible to forget, like clannad i got episode 16 of after story spoiled right before watching it, but i think it just made that scene worse

I.. don't understand why there are HORRIBLE people in this world that will do the unforgivable act of commenting spoilers on Youtube videos.

2 days ago, I was just innocently watching the Mirai Nikki opening on Youtube, and I just HAPPEN to scroll down. Right there, some evil person decided to spoil THE ENTIRE ENDING right there in the comments, and what's worse, people were confirming it too. WHY? WHY?! WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

And now I will have to sit through Mirai Nikki, knowing full well what happens at the end. It's one of my favourite shows this season too... :'(

Lesson: DO NOT READ COMMENTS.

When I come acroos spoilers I go and find something that has absoulutly nothing to do with the spoiler. Sometimes when its a really big spoiler I just have a big spazz-attack and yell at everyone XD

Or I re-watch old animes that i've already seen like 100 times. Most of the time I try avoiding it at all cost though.

i dont know, i was really exited for heavy rain and was going to get it but on a video for GRAND THEFT AUTO 4 OF ALL THINGS, i looked down and BAM told me who the killer was, i own the game and just do not have the willpower to beat it cause that twist was the game, getting it spoiled just destroys the game

Same thing happened to someone I know for Heavy Rain! Except the person spoiled the WRONG killer, so it worked out in the end. Oh god, I feel so bad for you, Heavy Rain's whole plot basically IS to try and find the killer, and it was such a plot twist too! :(

yah i know, the entire time i was trying to play it i was just going

i also got FFXIII's ending spoiled for me

but honestly i feel like i still enjoyed the game as much as i would have without the spoiler so that one wasnt as big a deal to me though it did kill the suspense over who would die in the end which the game built up here and there like X did

Yes. I just got spoiled a super important fact about a tv series I follow, thanks to a retarded YouTube user.

Okay, I watched like 2 episodes of Code Geass R2, when suddently, one IDIOT spoiled whole ending in topic named something like "most depressive moments", or similiar. I was told that it's possibly one of the best endings ever.. few hours later? RUINED!

I'm kinda angry to be honest. :-/

Also, when I was in middle of School Days series, I was reading the character page of Kotonoha. Then I did the dumbest thing ever - clicked the spoiler button there.. BAM! Ending revealed! But that was just my stupidity. ;D

I absolutely hate spoilers. The worst thing that has been spoiled for me was the sixth Harry Potter book (if you've read it, then you know what I mean). And the way it was spoiled was so damn random - I was in an online game (on the PC), and a couple of guys were discussing the book in the chat. They actually weren't directly spoiling anything. However, I was afraid they would, so I asked them to please stop talking about it because I was still in the process of reading it. And because I said this, one of the guys then decided to be an ass and spoiled the ending. What the hell... I was determined to not have this happen for the last book, so when that came out, I did nothing else but read until I finished.

However, I know this is supposed to be about anime, so... I haven't had any huge spoilers, I guess. I have spoiled a couple of things, though. I first spoiled something about Naruto by accident.

I've also run into a couple of spoilers that happened in the manga but not the anime yet. Don't care too much.

Also, I spoiled IS: Infinite Stratos just a bit, sort of.

Uggggh I HATE spoilers. I can't stand them so I get upset when I see them. Like when I saw one for one of my (now) favorite animes I was so mad but I ended up watching it. But usually when I know what's going to happen it discourages me from watching a series or I have to decide if it's worth watching knowing what happens. Such a pain!

Conversations I've had for spoilers:
I never care about spoilers.
Madoka I was spoiled from the very start due to curiosity.
Makes the anime better IMO.

Honestly, I mean about this for emotional moments. Shows if it's the shock making it depressing. Or it's the moment itself.

Shocking tearjerkers feel like it takes a cheap blow to you. Real tearjerkers don't need to be shocking to be great.
Clannad After Story does it great with this. Spoiled myself, but still was one of the most depressing anime I've ever seen.

Honestly? I love spoilers. I don't know if I'm the only one. Why? Because it makes me more interested in watching an anime or reading a manga. If the spoiler is something really good, I'll watch/read with excitement waiting for the spoiler to happen.
But I do admit there are some animes that I'm glad I didn't read any spoilers, like Madoka Magica and I'm pretty sure there's another anime/manga that I was glad I didn't read any spoilers, but I just can't seem to remember.

if it makes you feel any better, if what im thinking about got spoiled dont worry about it, its more about what happens AFTER that thing you got spoiled thats so great and the parts that people say they bawled their eyes out over was something called the flower patch scene

I hate spoilers. Most of the times I don't get spoiles for animes because I finish watching before I go to any forums or anything. Though one day I did it while watching it (Did the taboo of clicking spoiler tab), but thankfully it was discovered 2 episodes later. I irritated. I won't end until they show it. Thankfully and happened fast.
Usally, when I see spoie before watching it, I won't see and that's it. If I'll see the name of the anime again, there's no way I'm going to remember the spoiler till then (I won't even remembers watching it XD), and then I'll watch.

I came here to say this :(

I like it when it's just a hint. Example: When I started watching Tengen Toppa I didn't think it was THAT good, but then my friend kept saying "Hey, you know what happens to Kamina?" all the time so I decided to watch more episodes and find out what the hell happens to Kamina (haven't found out yet, though).

Exact same thing happened to me with Mirai the other day. Someone wrote what happens to certain characters so now I'll also have to sit through the whole series knowing that certain things will happen.

I mean if people want to talk spoilers, surely there must be somewhere where they can talk about the manga and not the currently airing anime that some people are watching because they've yet to read the manga.

I get so mad at people that throws around spoilers without thinking of others.
Sometimes it's my own fault for clicking a spoiler tag out of curiosity, but when someone doesn't use a spoiler tag or write warning or something else, then I GET SO MAD!
When it comes to dealing with it, i try to forget about it, but it seems impossible.
But some spoilers can also make me more interested. But most of the time i just get mad at wants to yell at the person responsible and tell him/her to use spoiler tag or give a warning.

I close my ears and eyes, sit in a corner, and rock back and forth humming the theme song to Doctor Who.

Or I just watch the anime for the heck of it, even with spoilers. If it's an anime I think I would really like, I'll hold off on it for a couple months, even a year, so I can forget the spoiler. The worst that could happen is if I end up forgetting the anime too and I can't find it again, but eh, it happens.

I agree I hate it when other people spoil stuff for me (got that with TTGL), but most of the time my natural curiosity to click spoiler buttons wins out. Haha. Thankfully I don't do research on Wikipedia anymore, that ruined a good number of series for me.

Hehe...I have never let anybody in real life, or over the internet, spoil an anime (or manga) for me...usually the people I talk anime about, have the decency to announce a spoiler alert before going on...in that case I black out and keep myself busy with something else (usually I take this chance to go to the loo). And on the internet people tend to write 'spoiler alert'. However, some spoilers did manage to come across...in that case I don't watch the anime at least a month after 'it got spoiled', and then (somehow) I can't even remember what has been said about it...my theory is that I either have a selective memory or a very short-term memory...
