| Although I'm not the greatest fan of Nika, I really liked the Luffy x Bonney team up. Sanji and Franky in the mix made it all the better. One Piece fights have many issues, but the combo attacks are always hype. They sent Mars FLYING. The anime made the whole sequence feel so good. Chapter 1118 and 1119 were pretty short, so good call to adapt to put these two in one episode. Emet was also epic. First time hearing Joy Boy's voice. First impression is that Urara Takano will do a great job. Fitting that she was the first to voice Luffy in the 1998 OVA. I hear Weevil from Yugioh tbh xD Interesting how she was mostly active in the 90s and 00s. |

| The episode was a straight-up 10/10, no doubt. After so long, we finally got a suuuuuuuper peak One Piece episode that totally brought back the Wano vibes for me. Compared to the manga, I think they added some really beautiful and hype original scenes — or maybe I’m wrong since it’s been a long time since I read that part. The directing? Zero complaints. Absolute masterpiece. Shoutout to all the animators — they really cooked on this one. Bonney’s design was insanely good, and I actually felt emotions the manga never managed to give me. Honestly, this episode can easily sit right under 1015… or maybe even above it. And shoutout to Toei π₯° because now I can go bully my One Frame Man friend with this episode ππ₯ |

| Emet- heck's that now, lmao? Way too much happened this episode and not going to lie, I'd have to say this might just be one of those make-or-break episodes in the long run... I'm not particularly liking this Nika ascending to a kind of "concept" because there just seems to be no other explanation how Bonney would be able to take on that freedom-filled form. It seemed to be hinging on the fact that the gomu gomu fruit activated the Nika in Luffy but now it's starting to morph into this vague concept. This better not have a good explanation in the end (PLEASE LET IT NOT BE A LATE-SERIES RETCON). We're truly at the end of this arc now, eh? More questions than answers and since we're heading into the conclusion phase, I'm worried. But I've trust in Oda-sensei to deliver nonetheless! Also, since I've gone on this negative spiral anyway, I've to say the Gear 5 transformation felt a little cheap. But hey, at least the action is top-tier. That whole beat me to death so I can transfer all that was fantastic to watch. |

| @_MushiRock11_ I think you just missed it. They've been hammering it at us this whole arc. If she can see that future, believe in it truly, she can manifest it. She has the, if you believe in yourself you can do anything fruit :P Which is actually meaningful because of how terrible her life has been. It's all a metaphor for breaking out of generational abuse, trauma, poverty, etc. etc. and making your dreams happen. A bit corny but I am a sucker because I've been there and love it. edit. I also think this is only possible because she is actually a kid, and has the imagination of one. I want to be an astronaut or a princess, etc. seemed obtainable when we were young. |
| Bonika made her appearance. The combo on Mars was just fun to watch. I enjoyed the giants, too. Dancing while their ship was burning. I honestly thought they were going to stomp out the flames, but NOPE! I had a tinge of sadness when Atlas flew off. |
| Such a phenomenal episode! Luffy versus more of the Gorosei was super awesome! And the animation during Luffy and Bonneys Nika stuff was super cool and memorable. Just gotta round up a few more Mugiwaras and we're off! A year ago I was catching up with the end of Wano! Now here I am at the end of Egghead totally swept away by this incredible story! |

| Magnificent, splendid, outstanding, and spectacular episode, 5/5 from me. First of all, how in tarnation did Bonney just up and FIFTH GEAR herself into NIKA? Secondly, Emet’s punch was satisfying as HECK, GOODNESS GRACIOUS. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE UPCOMING EPISODE. |

| even the water became rubber, its ridiculous how much the anime elevated gear 5 every time without fail. dorry and broggy dancing while luffy's silhouette in the flames was sick as hell, and seeing bonney's reaction to that. bonney's distorted future transformation was so peak, and anyone saying otherwise is just wrong. bonney laughing like nika was sick too. that imu eye impact frame was a neat touch. the team attack in luffy looked sick but its hilarious they hit him using haki. glad to see katakuri back in the anime as well as gaimon. the sandworm's eye movement had better animation than all of opm s3 ngl. luffy's quick attack on the sandworm elder was fire but he didn't even name that attackπΉ the cherry topping on this peak episode was joyboy's voice, pure goosebumps moment. |

The creative and genius director Aya Komaki, star of Hololive K Corp, returned alongside Yeri Hyun, director of today's episode. Really great episode; Yeri Hyun continues to be a star ED. Komaki's board was great, as you'd expect. |
| Two chapters were adapted into this episode, and it was executed spectacularly & dramatically well. π Thank you so much, Toei! The transformation of Bonney into Gear 5 mode was beautiful! ;_; Intense episode where a lot has happened. The dawn balloon thing just looked a bit stretched/dragged out and it was the only thing that felt slow in this episode. It was one of the little things I was nitpicking & rambling about, but the rest of the episode was friggin' great! I just miss some of the better soundtracks from earlier One Piece. We never get to listen to them anymore in Egghead, and this arc is drawing closer to its conclusion, too. Some of the soundtracks in this episode just aren't cutting it, but oh well, that's my final nitpick from this episode. :( Don't mind me, I'm just talking to myself! ----  JOYGIRL!!!! π If only your Daddy Kuma were awake with his own consciousness to see you right now. π’ |
