| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ye, this episode is much more than about Anos' fight in that arena. From the depths of darkness emerges a threat that could be their biggest challenge in the story yet. Not surprised to see Anos demonstrate absolute power in his way again. It seems every episode, he gets more and more powerful. Well anyways, at least the stakes of the episode is raised much higher than a simple rivalry. However, I'm rather underwhelmed by the fight itself. |

| An amazing sword battle. Anos vs Rei and yeah congrats Anos. So the cause of all this is scorpions, huh? I thought Rei's mom was going to disappear but it looks like it's fine, bring back the sad moment. Avos has appeared and what the hell is that mask. The sword that Anos' father made is so amazing, thanks dad. Thanks for the kiss, and Sasha is so cute, tsundere.  |

| even though the fight between Anos and Lay was good, but lasted only a moment, I had guessed that the one who won would be Anos, and Sasha looked really cute, and she kissed Anos, haha Anos fans must be annoyed. |

| That was a good battle overall. I enjoyed the part the most when the mother turned herself into a sword so she could save her son. Also, Anos is too powerful to be kept alive he made a tsundere kiss him twice now. Also, I was wondering where Sasha had been for the past few eps. I didn't recognizer her at first.  |

| Anos the goat MC man. Definitely my fave all time now. This man is just the definition of a chad. Breaking laws of the universe, defeating gods, playing 8D chess. This show is fucking amazing. I’m glad Lay and his mother are all good now. Also, Sasha in that dress 🤤 |

| And that concludes the tournament. Not surprised that Anos won. Anos biggest challenge was against this demon lord in this episode. I didn't recognise that the girl at the end was Sasha. She looks beautiful. |

| I'm actually curious how strong this foe really is, to be able to basically trap/mind fuck all or most of his squad members, must be a pretty powerful magic user. Though, given the nature of the show, wouldn't surprise me if it was a one sided fight. If it happens. |
I like the show and this episode was okay, but since our MC is untouchable and can do everything it feels boring when there's no Misha ( She's the most interesting character around Anos also she's super cute .d ) |

| Favorite part of this episode was when Sasha showed up looking so beautifully! <3 When Anos won and then suddenly an elegant blonde woman just showed up, I was really confused for a few seconds...  I thought a new female character has showed up but when she started talking, that's the part where I got really amazed lol I didn't expected that it was Sasha. :) So she kissed Anos twice now. <3 P.S. I am also curious about the 'bad guy' who was wearing a black mask. |

Sources of the Spirits are powered by traditions, rumors and such, but because Sheila didn't know here tradition (being a sword), she couldn't be healed. Anos figured that out and intentionally told the crowd that his sword was made with love (thus feelings). Because spirits are made of emotions, this was able to fulfill the rumor part and she was able to be healed. As for second, why would it be Anos's twin? They even said it was Avos Dilhevia. |

| Oh man, I had a dream that Anos's big hit would take out the swords on Lay's heart without hurting his source so that was super hype for me when it actually happened lol So his mom's "tradition" was that true craftsmen pour their heart and souls into their weapons, not just magic power. You know, as his mom started dying I had the question "Can't he just revive her after she dies?" and he did just that lol. Sasuga Anos-sama! Shame though, he was this close to interrogating those sources until the "man behind the curtain" wiped them out. This whole "traditions" thing with spirits reminds me of Noragami. How the strength/influence of "gods" in the world is only as strong as the people's belief in their field. For example the "god of learning" is super popular because students regularly pray to him, meanwhile Yato a "god of war" is barely fighting to keep his existence since modern Japan is in a time of peace. Wonder if that's the same concept at work here. |

The person who is the fraud of a demon king, sure likes to manipulate anyone who has something to do with Anos. Battle was great, I am so glad Ray's mum got saved! Sasha looked amazing at the end, amazing dress and hairstyle!! Such a Tsundere but her demon eyes give her away, which is something I love!  |

| hahah so all we saw until now was only 10% of Anos real power. The best overpowered MC animes are the ones where they are so overpower that it is the plot joke. Then you can enjoy the anime without to bother with this, just "grab your popcorn and have fun". |

| Btw, by my anime-only view, at this point, the "Avos" guy just can be the mentioned important character of the past that is missing in the present until now: the Hero. The Hero who "defeated" the Demon Lord, and become the Demon Lord. haha, what a cheap plot it will be. And i love it anyway. |

| Not sure why people would rate this 1. If you give me the new episodes from all this season at once, this would be the second on my watch list. Not saying it's 2nd best show this season (heck probably won't even crack top 5), but it's nice seeing a power fantasy show that doesn't take itself too seriously (looking at you SAO), and is just a pleasure to watch through and through |

| Another great episode, Sooo I can't wait to see what crazy ass battle will arise when anos fights the final boss. Every other battles seems like a last boss fight but as we can see its far from it. |

It almost certainly has to be a big reveal with how built up Avos is, (and presumably showing them masked only builds it up more.) There’s no other existing character in this show that both makes any sense whatsoever to be Avos and would be a big dramatic reveal (at least as far as I can tell), and adding in some rando would be disappointing as hell this late into the show. As a cherry on top the hero is mostly unknown, doesn’t really have any purpose in the story yet, and seemingly was the closest thing to a rival Anos has ever had. |

| Milheis the real culprit was not too shocked because of his sudden appearance on some previous episodes. The revival of Lay mother's really served as usual style of Anos-sama. Obviously same situations with Milheis after that. Its, too easy, for him. At least Lay versus Anos-sama in the battle of the sword was not too short. My wish has been granted. Even if i had taking no clear understandment over such a nonsensical magic Anos-sama had, i don't have any reason to hate these episode. Especially with the Hero Academy in the next one, the quick glance of another Anos, and cute reaction by Sasha Necron, clearly state that this episode proves to be a good level again for me. Nice. Sasuga Anos-sama! |

And yes i am actually enjoyed that shit even if i have some bad taste on my mouth after enjoying it. Lmao |
