| I personally prefer female vocalist. Most of the openings/endings that I really like, and all of my favourite ones have female vocalist. Not like I hate male ones, I just simply like female ones more. |

| I think my spotify playlist with anime openings has mostly male vocalists. So I'm gonna say male from that. LiSA is quite noticeable though, I love her songs. |

My favorite female pieces are Aliez and Breathless My favorite male pieces are Lily and Flyers That being said, I guess I would prefer female more since I watch a lot of sentimental/drama/romance anime that tend to have soft music with female voices to tug the heartstrings. |

This ofc doesn't mean that I don't like female vocalists. There are many songs like Gurenge, Crossing Field, PAPERMOON that I love. |

| What is this question? I cant really say. It depends on the anime quite a lot. For JoJo openings I prefer male singers. For some comedys or romance anime Females are better. |

| Honestly thinking about it, I'm pretty split. Like my favorite EDs from just the past few years are Sayonara Gokko from Dororo, Michi from Run with the Wind, Hectopascal from Yagate Kimi ni Naru, and Harvest Moon Night from Hakumei to Mikochi, which is a solid even split. And for openings, my favorites have been Touch Off from Promised Neverland, Odd Future from Hero Aca S3, Love Dramatic from Love is War, Crying for Rain from Domestic Girlfriend, Otome Domo yo from Araburu, and Shiny Days from Yuru Camp. I might say I'm more drawn to female vocalists because I feel like I remember them as female vocalists instead of just remembering the songs, but when it comes to actually looking at my favorites, I don't think I really have a preference |

| Female vocalists can get really annoying if the voice is too high pitched,so i would go for male just to be safe.Then again there is females with deeper voices too,so yeah i´m not that picky.If I´m going to judge,then it´s going to more on how the actual voice sounds. |

| Most of the time I prefer male vocalists. Sometimes I don't like the way female vocalist sounds, for example when her voice sounds cute in the opening/ending and the anime is pretty dark themed. |

| It honestly depends on the type of song that's being used. If it were rock/heavy metal, then I would probably prefer a male singer that can go deeper if necessary. Otherwise, I would choose a female singer. |
