Synopsis

Thwarted again by Naraku, Inuyasha, Kagome Higurashi, and their friends must continue their hunt for the few remaining Shikon Jewel shards, lest they fully form into a corrupted jewel at the hands of Naraku. But Naraku has plans of his own to acquire them, and will destroy anyone and anything standing in his way—even his own underlings.

The persistent, unyielding danger posed by Naraku forces Sango and Miroku to decide what is most important to them—each other or their duty in battle. Meanwhile, Inuyasha must decide whether his heart lies with Kikyou or Kagome, before fate decides for him. Amid the race to find the shards, Inuyasha and his brother Sesshoumaru must also resolve their feud and cooperate for their final confrontation with Naraku, as it is a battle they must win in order to put a stop to his evil and cruelty once and for all.

OH- Inuyasha! Has ALWAYS been one of my favorites and Kanketsu-hen was by far the best season of Inuyasha! Throughout the regular series, there were lots of fillers and silly episodes that lacked "meat" however each episode of the final season of Inuyasha was filled with a moving plot-line that at times had me crying. The action in this season was amazing and it was nice how characters that were minor or were not that likable during the regular broadcast were brought to new light.

The art as always was clean and enjoyable. But the development of the characters was spectacular! I am so glad ...

Mixed Feelings
Inuyasha: The Final Act is meant to continue where its early 2000s prequel had left off in the continuing plot of Inuyasha and his allies trying to stop Naraku and his plans with the Shikon no Tama. I might as well address the major issue with this series first that comes in the form of its pacing. A good chunk of the anime is quite notable for rushing through many of the major events of the series from the manga, which include cutting out, rearranging or altering key scenes. This has the negative effect of reducing any time that could be focused on how said ...

So its an anime, has clean lines for art, sound for the dub at least seems fine they trigger when they should. Both the art style and the audio are throw backs to the original works.

The story progression is really dumbed-down, everything is narrated to a simpleton level so that children or those who are super stoned can follow it.

Characters are basic which can be overlooked to a degree. The characters whole development seems to resolve around being a modern day angsty teen who is confused about what gender they should associate with.

Sadly the main draw to this story is that ...
