Just watched the episode, and it seems like they just fast-forwarded through everything. It was one continuous play; they gave the viewer no time to absorb it. Events that spanned over many chapters were condensed into a minute or less, with the essential background information relating it to the plot dropped. The episode wouldn't even make much sense to people who haven't read the manga; I read the manga and even I had a hard time understanding what was going on.
The animators provided no recap. They just dived right into the middle of it. I know it's understood that the viewer can watch the

I had no intention of ever watching this because I knew what was going to happen in the end and Naraku is my only favorite character in this twenty-six anime return.
This will contain spoilers because I don't know any other way to explain myself without them. Okay so in the original anime I liked both Sesshomaru and Naraku and would not watch an episode if one or both were not in it. Well in the Final Act I find Sesshomaru to be less intelligent, more boring than he was before and nearly out of character from the original anime. I like that he cared so much ... Apr 30, 2023
Don't watch this goofy ahh filler anime, it rushes like 200 chapter of the manga in 26 episode mixing all the major events togheter, it even changes how things really went.
If you've watched the og Inuyasha and you've liked it then just read the manga. Some scenes are cutted and you don't even understand what is going on. The pacing is ultra fast, obviously, and seems like something off all the time. The quality of the anime is not even bad. In the first episode basically everything changes because they did not add those scenes that explains what is going on. Mar 3, 2022

Characters are basic which can be overlooked to a degree. The characters whole development seems to resolve around being a modern day angsty teen who is confused about what gender they should associate with. Sadly the main draw to this story is that ... |
