Seiyuu Noriko Shitaya Announces Pregnancy

Noriko Shitaya announced via her official blog that she is pregnant. She also noted that she will continue to work during the pregnancy, but will be unable to attend the Aquaplus 20th anniversary live event in November.

Noriko Shitaya announced in April that she married a man outside the industry.

Shitaya's main roles include Haruko Amaya in Maken-Ki!, as well as being involved with performing the anime's ending theme song. She was also cast as the lead role in Kurokami The Animation as Kuro. Her most notable role is Sakura Matou in the Fate series, who is getting a main role in the upcoming movie, Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel.
