SynopsisWhen Mafuyu Oribe and her adopted sister Tomo rescue a strange wounded man, they have no idea what they're getting involved with or what the consequences will be. Alexander Nikolaevith Hell is an Iron Qwaser, one of many opposing factions of super-warriors who can each draw upon the power of an element and wield it as an almost unstoppable array of weapons. And unfortunately for Mafuyu, Alexander's faction is there to gather the mystical relics known collectively as the High Circuit, which puts her friends, family and school at ground zero in a battle for the fate of all mankind! But there's an even more disturbing twist, as Qwasers require a special liquid diet to manifest their powers, one provided by the women who serve as a Qwaser's partner. And THAT means that the nursing Mafuyu's already given Alexander isn't the only kind of nursing he needs!

What would you do if you had the power to control an element, and power it up through breast milk?
I'd be scared of babies.
Anyhow, Seikon no Qwaser is... a unique concept. I first did not want to watch it due to the overwhelming amount of boobs. Really. Then I heard that it had a second season. I gave it a second try and found it amusing.
Since the plot summary is already written in the anime info, I won't bother including a long one.
Alexander BlahBlahvich, aka Sasha comes to this school to find this relic. He clashes at first with two female students, Mafuyu and Tomo whatevertheirnamesare. Turns out they're special. And now Sasha has to protect em by sucking girls' breast milk, or 'Soma' to empower his control of iron. Other Qwasers, like him, control a metal element (and I whip up my periodic table), well whatever, you'll just understand if you are good in chemistry. An example would be Katja-sama and her wonderful copper. There's a catch though. They all want that relic as well.
The story is normal. And what do I mean by normal? I mean that there is a main character and his mascots searching for something, and bad guys want it too. That's all there is to it, really. Just prepare yourselves for some plot twists and awesome wtf moments where Sasha just beats the shit out of stuff after sucking on breasts. Isn't it just normal?
The characters of this anime are your unoriginal harem characters. Tsundere Mafuyu, airhead Tomo, quietly obedient Teresa. And then comes Sasha (Alexander). How cute, a tsundere shotacon. Not much creativity in the character department, and as always, the female tsundere will have feelings for the male protagonist. Other characters make the show more fun to it. Who could ignore lovely Miyuri? And you should definitely bow down to Katja if you like BDSM. I'll shut up now. Did I mention that Sasha has a horrible past? Hence his name Sasha the Martyr. Maybe.
It's nice to see Sasha's development throughout the anime. I mean, he turns /nice/. And Mafuyu? A bit more honest than before. Otherwise, there is nothing else to include. Maybe the fact that Tomo can cook a bit at the end of the anime.
The background music was boring. I could remember the only 5 tracks it has (I'm guessing here). Once you hear one, you can tell what's going to come next. There's one for breastfeeding time, two battle themes, bah. It's fitting but not good enough.
Voice acting is good. If you watch it, you can tell. Problem is the Russian they put in and the way Mafuyu pronounces Alexander. Damn she makes it sound painful. I was glad when she started calling him Sasha. Another flaw with VA however, is the moaning noises. Please, make it stooooop. Does sucking breasts really create such ecstasy that you cannot keep your mouth shut? Well maybe it's different when the Qwasers do it. I wouldn't know.
OP and ED were fitting. Had a slight, how do you call it, 'church' feel to it. The first ending was so eargasmic. All those lovely voice actresses singing one song. /applause. Nothing special after the first ED. Beats the rest.
Art? What art? These things are just women with large blobs attached to their chest. I'm referring to the majority of the characters, of course.
Okay, fine, the art is good. Only parts when you can wince is when there are naked breasts. An overload of them. When I see Tomo, it's like a walking pair of fleshy blobs. And then I see nothing else.
Huh? Of course I watched the uncensored version. I didn't understand it when it was censored. So watch the uncensored one; makes more sense.
Pfuuuu, enjoyment. I enjoyed this anime. This actually made me feel like chemistry lessons were useful. I also liked the characters, especially Sasha and that tomboy with titanium powers.
Final verdict? Watch it if you want to. 24 episodes of boobs is a lot, and I watched them in 3 days. or something.
Short version:
Art was good, story was okay, sound was bleh, except for voice acting, character was bleh. Overall: GOOD.
Off to watch the second season.

So, i discovered this anime a while ago but i basically judged it on the reviews i've read. The fact that it was an ecchi genre put me off since i'm not that into ecchi and i thought the whole sucking on boobs was just wtf, but i began to be all curious about it so i thought i'd try it out. this review is based on the uncensored version since i didn't bother with the censored.
Story - 7:
Basically, there's a Russian transfer student called 'Aleksander Nikolaevich Hell' but to the ones who have touched his heart, he goes by the name 'Sasha'. He's a qwaser that controls the element 'Iron' and can manipulate it's shape to what he wishes. Qwasers need their source power to obviously, power them up, and that is 'Soma' in other words, 'breast milk', it's unbelievable how many boobs he's sucked on and he's only 13. He meets two girls called 'Mafuyu Oribe' and 'Tomo Yamanobe' who are childhood friends, well actually, Mafuyu was kinda adopted into Tomo's family to protect Tomo so it kinda makes them sisters. Tomo is basically a target to other qwasers, thus, Sasha and Mafuyu have to do whatever it takes to protect her, but you'll have to watch it to see why :3.
When i watched the first episode, i don't think i've ever seen so many boobs in the first 10 minutes let alone the whole episode and obviously i was pretty biased about it from the reviews but i'm pretty sure that most people would fine some scenes quite cringing. For instance, there's some unnecessary jigglin' with the boobs like when someone tilts their head, why would their boobs jiggle?! but despite that, i actually dropped this anime but i only recently picked it up. I'm kinda glad cos the story DOES get a whole lot better and you kinda get used to the overly extreme ecchi scenes. I think the plot has actually got potential and some others, like me, are watching this for the plot, not for the fanservice (but i'd understand if they did actually enjoy the service.)
Art - 9:
i actually really liked the art! it's not unique but it's still pretty good, although i have to admit, it does seem like they put more work on the bigass sized boobs and the panty shots than the rest of the anime but meh, if you want some ecchi, you've got it. (but it's just a bit OTT) but like i said, you do get used to these scenes and you do get some really moey facial expressions, especially with Tomo.
Sound - 6:
To me, the OST was a bit of a let down, i didnt like the OPs nor the EDs, i actually had to skip them but the 1st ED did grow on me after a while but then they changed it >_< but! the music during the action scenes are pretty satisfying so it's s'all good. The seiyus are decent too, i think they suit their roles but when i found out some of the seiyus in the anime, i was pretty shocked, especially with Sasha who's voiced by the same person as 'Chizu' in 'Kimi ni Todoke' although i don't think you'll need to find out who's voicing Tomo, you'll recognise straight away xD (GITAAAH~)
Characters - 7:
Well, you've got the main bishie protagonist, the strong female who will do what it takes to protect her loved ones and also has the 'kyaa, pervert! *slaps*' personality, the ditzy (but lovable) damsel in distress, tsunderes, lolicons and some others where you think 'why are you even here?' So yeah, it's pretty much the same old, same old. But! Sasha isn't actually your typical protagonist, he's pretty short (but then again, he is like 13) and he's anti-social but if you ever saw him on the street (without his scythe of course) you'd obviously think he'd be a emo/goth, especially with his scar, jesus.
Enjoyment - 8:
Despite the fact that i'm not an ecchi fan, i actually enjoy this anime. I'm pretty much not bothered by the boobs and panty shots but i do understand where others are coming from, there are scenes where others may think 'that's just terrible' but others, like me, will just laugh it off.
Overall - 8:
If you know that you can't handle explicit ecchi scenes that can be considered as borderline hentai, this isn't for you. But if you are thinking about trying this, i'd recommend the uncensored version, and to those who dropped this anime at the first episode: give it a chance! try watching further than episode 5, if you still don't approve of it, then at least you gave it a shot eh? read more

Both have a dark mood, and share the same supernatural/action/super powers genre. The main difference is that Seikon No Qwaser has extreme ecchi.
In both the protagonist is a lovely, white-haired shota boy with a red mark/scar through his left eye (yes, Allen & Sasha almost look like twins) and with a sad, painful past.
Both anime are quite faithful to their manga adaptations.
The Main Character in D. Gray Man, Allen Walker, looks very similar to Alexander in Seikon no Qwaser. They're both related to religion and have action as well ^^
Allen walker has a similar story with the litle boy with the scar
Both main characters look alike, have cursed left eyes, and are younger the the people they hang with. The shows are also kind of alike because they have a dark religious vibe and the bad guys go after ancient stuff d gray man innocence sekion no qwaser icon. But the big diffenrence is that seikon no qwaser is sort of ecchi
Main male protagonist is very similar, they both have power and isn't afraid using them. Appearance is also very similar, after watching this series it really did remind me of D.Gray Man

The end of the 2000 decade marks the advent of uncensored, hardcore ecchi being shown on TV. These are certainly similar not only in content, but they're also greatly produced. T&A.
Well, if there's an series tagged as ecchi involving combat, there's no doubt that Queen's Blade and Seikon no Qwaser share this characteristic. As such, both series has quite a lot of similarities:
*Both series has dominant female characters with supernatural abilities as well as skills in the art of combat.
*Both series has a lot of ecchi/fan-service with boobs occasionally used as a source of power.
*Both series has similar artwork styles.
*Both series should only be watched if you don't mind the fan-service as there's large volume of it.
