I found everything, from the story to art to sound to character, average. All are rather generic and wasn't exactly new. However, I will say, the manipulation of elements (on the periodic table mind you) on an atomic level was an awesome concept. The fact that you could take advantage of your elements properties and reactions with other elements was really cool and as a science nerd, it made my day. I only wished that they could use that concept and develop the anime a bit more and not just focus on the breast milk.
Again, I found the element manipulation awesome and would recommend you watch it for the fights. However... the rest is better left unsaid
