hey guys, my names zfg, and im from southeast texas. ive been fan a fan of japanese media since 2014 but really started getting into it in around 2018. there was another sharp perpetual increase in rate of consumption around 2020 onwards.

nowadays, i am attempting to watch every seasonal from Winter 2025 and backwards, reading the source material for each anime as i watch it.

im an online full time college student and currently am unemployed; in other words, i have a lot of free time to allocate to these endeavors.

i know but english and japanese. i grew up around many spanish speakers too, so i somewhat have a shallow vocabulary there too

i enjoy many forms of media; most of my favorites in the novel categories though. i am a long time fan of the re zero novel, although my favorites works have to be the visual novels by makura written by Sca-自 such as sakura no uta/toki and subahibi. im also a huge fan of umineko. eventually, after my anime mission, ill most likely attempt to play many more vns.
