I really think that "Medicine" has the potential to be a complete manga series..

Domestic no kanojo awsome, I kind of agree natsuo is an asshole somehow for dating someone else in less than an year but logically it makes sense to start losing love feelings for someone you are not spending time with however, hina still strongly loves natsuo despite being on fence for long which proves natuos feelings towards hina were not as deep as hinas feelings. Well the manga is still ongoing so I cant say for certain that natsuo really lost his feelings for hina or just making it look that way but then again like everyone feels, I want to say natsuo is an asshole even if he isnt one. Personally i would love this manga to progress into option B meaning natsuo is making it look like he lost his feelings for hina. I agree hina has no room to fix their relationship but still as a reader i want Sasuga Kei to surprise the readers by revealing that natsuo still loves hina in the upcoming chapters. This was just my personal opinion as a reader.
