Yeah! I searched it up and the Aincrad arc was submitted into a contest which forced it to be short. Tho would've loved to see more. I really liked the relationship between Kirito and Asuka. Honestly, I can understand why you weren't truly a fan of Alicization. I liked it and I think it was the best arc. I dont think it's the best isekai, but does it count as an isekai? Because Kirito and the other people were trapped in a video game. I'm not 100% sure you can call it an isekai but it definitely has some isekai aspects. I agree with you so much that BECK is peak! I initially read the manga because it was a music manga because I LOVE Kono Oto Tomare. Kono Oto Tomare is a music manga that has so many well drawn and beautiful panels, emotional moments and immense development of the characters. I HIGHLY recommend it if you like mangas where the mc is a chad and goes through crazy character development and of course if you love music mangas. Theres also romance elements in it. Highly recommend!
Anyways, the reason I like BECK so much is because of the realism as you said. They don't always make it big and when they do make it big they still have obstacles to tackle and I love that. Loved the development of Koyuki and the ending. Because the ending showed that they still have a lot to tackle and thats really inspiring. You should definitely reach The Band, its only like a 30-60min read. Honestly the piano isn't going too well, haven't played in a while honestly. The motivation is just not there. A really important thing to take note when playing instruments is to be motivated for it. You don't have to be motivated all the time, but as soon as that motivation disappears then I'm afraid playing is no longer an option. That's atleast how it was for me so I can't say the same for everybody.
Anyways, are you playing any vns at the moment? I'm going through FSN heavens feel route(Unlimited Blade Works was amazing 10/10) right now and I bought Steins Gate just now for 2.69 euros. I won't be playing it right now, but it's good to have and 2.69 euros for one of the best vns is pretty cheap since I loved the anime. Also bought Clannad

Dang, I really thought Haikyu would finish after that movie. Maybe the last movie will cram a lot of chapters in it, nothing we want though haha. Maybe you'll love the upcoming movie, you never know.

You're so right. SAO had amazing potential, but there were so many moments that just ruined the anime for me. Honestly it was such an interesting anime and as you said they didn't fully utilize the Aincrad arc. Bummer, but luckily the rest ended up being really good. I enjoyed SAO Alicization quite a lot, had some really cool moments. Sad, that you couldn't enjoy The Dangers in My Heart. I really liked the development Ichikawa went through and honestly it was a really good romance for me, but everyone of course has different opinions. And of course I love the fact that you like Beck too! It's SUCH a good manga. I really liked how realistic it is and even though they went through many hardships, the outcome ended well. I really like Koyuki as a character too. Can really relate to him. The manga even made me want to pick up the guitar(I'll play the guitar one day, quite busy with the piano atm). BTW have you read the manga called The Band? It's in my manga list and it's made by the same author as BECK, though it only has 5 chapters right now. I really got BECK vibes from it and it's nice to see his artstyle more refined. Eddie Lee was such a good character! How'd you feel about Koyuki as the main character?

Yes, do find time! Good to hear everythings well. Haha, quite the coincidence that we're both rewatching Clannad. Hope you have a good time rewatching it with your gf. I'm also on After Story. I hadn't watched a lot of anime before rewatching Clannad, but now that I'm rewatching it for some reason my burn out vanished. Managed to watch 19 episodes yesterday.
I will for sure buy Clannad and play it. Thank you for your motivation.

Ooooo, well I can see that you are harsh with your ratings haha. Well I'm glad you atleast enjoyed the earlier seasons of Haikyu. I might pick it up again since I've heard amazing stuff about it and well it was pretty good until I put it on hold. Yeah haha, I also noticed that our tastes are really really similar, thats really cool! I'm not really harsh on animes unless they're really really bad. If I like something then I'll rate it high. SAO II was really bad haha, the shift in story was really underwhelming and I didn't like GGO. I'm sure I'm just overexaggerating, but I just didn't enjoy SAO II. Tho the rest of SAO after that was amazing. Tho I'm a bit curious to why you gave The Dangers in My Heart such a low score. Was it that bad? It's one of my fav romance animes haha, especially season 2. Hope we can get to know each other better.

Yo! Nah, no worries take your time, hope everythings well now! Yes, it's been a while! I did finish Tsukihime 2 months ago, amazing visual novel with nice lore and story. Haha, yess Clannad was one of my first animes. I'm rewatching it atm and having a blast. Quickly remembered how good of an anime this is. Ended up giving season 1 a 10/10 aswell. Planning on buying the visual novel during the steam sale that occurs 26th of june. I hope for a low price. I wanna tackle Tomoyos route as soon as I can, I'm really liking her character. Oooo, well I don't really mind the different artstyle that much as long as the visual novel itself is enjoyable.
Btw I did see you giving Haikyu a pretty low score. I did put it on hold in the middle of season 1. Was it really that disappointing for you?

Ah, no worries! Hope your birthday was nice, happy late birthday. Oooo, then I'll definitely like Danganronpa. I've seen countless of memes of it. Yes, indeed Clannad is peak after all it was one of the first animes I watched. Just finished a route of Tsukihime and I'm playing my second route right now. But let me tell you, I'm blown away. This is so good. I never thought I'd be this invested in a visual novel. I highly recommend the remake whenever you get time! Goodluck tho with whatever stuff you're going through!

Oh, I've heard about the after story spinoff. It looks pretty decent, artstyle is not the same though I wonder why. Though Tomoyos route is highly spoken of so I bet it's still amazing. Will definitely consider playing Tomoyos route when I feel like it. Indeed FFX will be worth your time, have fun!

I do believe it’s a visual novel yes and I’m not too familiar with those types of games yet. I just tried Clannad out because it’s one of my fav anime’s. Tho Tsukihimes really good right now. Can’t believe I missed out on visual novels. I do really wanna try the Tomoyo route aswell heard a lot of good stuff. And since you like it, it must be good haha. Really funny how her personality reminds you of your girlfriend, that’s really cool! If that’s your case then FFX will 100% be worth your time.

I’ll take your advice into consideration! Any idea where to start with Danganronpa? I’m sure there are plenty of posts with the proper game order, but I wanna hear yours if that’s alright. To be honest there isn’t a correct place to start with final fantasy because all the mainline games have its own story. But if I’d have to recommend one it’d 100% be final fantasy X! Such a good turn based system, one of the best. I never finished Clannad either haha. But I can clearly see you’re a Tomoyo fan!

Minecraft has always been a classic. Used to mod so much and use optifine for shaders. Ohh Danganronpa, I've heard good and bad stuff about it. Mostly the community, but the game looks very intriguing! Might pick it up sooner or later. Oh man you should definitely give Final Fantasy a try, such good games! Currently playing my second Visual Novel, first one being Clannad of course. It's called Tsukihime, it's really fun right now!
