It was actually Part 2 / Cour 2, but yea it was amazing and how that last episode was directed as focus on Rudeus’s depression as well as teasing and setting up for another season was just all around great stuff.

Sadly I’m not that far in the LN, admittingly. I’m up to vol 6 cause that’s where I estimated the anime to finish at (which it did). I just forgot to update volumes and chapters cause I’m not really good with recording my listings on LNs lol.
Probably gonna read vol 7 later today or tmrw.

Didn't like Vanitas. Queerbait, hated the protag, weird fetish shit randomly

Thanks duuude. I was just OK on the final episode. It didn't resolve much for me, felt very normal but at least it wasn't as mediocre as the final arc.

I'm happy you liked it. I will probably write my Part 2 review the same way. Maybe it will be better but I'm not going in with high expectations tbh. At least I know it will have beautiful visuals.

Mine are Odd Taxi, Dynazenon, and Shadows House.

Fair dude. It got much worse in the second half. I'm not gonna review Odd Taxi. I will say I loved it. These are my thoughts summarized:

"Odd Taxi: One of the best anime this season; crime, comedy, mystery. There are a dozen or so characters and all of them have compelling development. Beautiful urban aesthetic. Intriguing mysteries with a satisfying payoff. Possibly the best twist ending in anime, so watch it now."

A 10 is for any anime you wouldn’t change anything about. Not just favourites.
