Welcome to my anime list. What's up? I've been watching anime for a large part of my life, starting with yugioh, dragon ball,and death note. I watch almost all genres and never know where you might find hidden gems or trash lol also I like to rant.
I rate shows on Plot,Art,Sound,Characters
and Enjoyment out of 10 then a overall total out of 50.Some shows ill just put the score/rating.
some of my fav manga I put are for the anime but run out of room to put them as my fav anime I do not read much manga. Also because of the crap word limit witch is like 50!!? like wtf on tags most of my thoughts/little rant on the animes are cut short or put into part and put onto the sequel e.g my thoughts on dragon ball super had to put half on the dbs broly movie and i still had so much to say I just scratch the surface of my problems with it or say the very few praises I have for them.
plot: I rate the plot on how interesting, how well paced it is and how well the plot is executed. It can be a simple story and get a 10/10 while a complex story may get a lower score because it is not interesting or other problems such as pacing Hindering the story. also how well the story ends. If it has an ending most anime do not sadly though how well it concludes the show will have an impact on the rating. Also world building for many shows does bring a lot to a story for example one piece but it is not needed for every story.
Art: with art I rate animation quality for example mob psycho and demon slayer s2 would be a 10/10 for art while ex arms would get a 1. I love the media of animation so most shows will not fall below 5/10 for art unless it's really bad.
sound: I rate sound on the Ost,opening and ending songs, how well they fit the show and how they make me feel/how much I like them. For example, any Ost from Attack on titan is fire. One of my fav composers is Shawano Hiroyuki. Anything from him is just going to be amazing and have so much emotion 10/10.
Characters: with Characters I rate them on how good they fit into the show/world and how well written they are. Many other things I look for and appreciate in storys is character development. It can allow characters with not a lot of depth to show new depth to them and even more build believability to them.
enjoyment: I rate enjoyment on how well it bring the other factors together how much emotions and entertainment watching it brings. Also how rewatchable it is.

oh nice i haven't gotten around to watch invincible im still at like ep 4 s2 . however i'll probably watch it soon. I recently finished classroom of the elite s3 and im watching part 5 of jojos, im kinda watching other shows as well.

That's funny i never watched euphoria, but i watched wednesday show on netflix because a girl basically made me do it and vampire diaries, i kinda started to like lmao. Yeah invincible was cool but the release schedule is weird now with season 2.
The ending is the worst part even though they can be great, because often i grow attatched to certain shows and characters, i don't want the content to end lol.
I have an issue with audiobooks, i can't listen to them and concentrate, i can listen to a podcast and enjoy it but audiobooks is hard for me, but regular books are relative easy to consume, but audiobooks are so hard for me to listen to even though i've tried.

Yeah it is the best site for keeping track on the shows you watch, rank them and stuff, i like that even though it's confusing at times, it's still organized.
Yeah honestly the manga slaps for girls last tour, it's better than the anime, but the anime is still a masterpiece, but they didn't cover the whole manga which is unfortunate. Yeah frieren is almost over, i think in like 2 weeks it'll finish airing if im not mistaken.
With me it's kinda the opposite, it's easier for me to concentrate while reading, then watching a show. However it depends on the show, i mostly watch anime because the episodes are shorter than tv shows. But i've watched a lot of tv shows, the famous ones like breaking bad and sopranos etc. It's just hard for me to get into long shows, they must really convince me to keep on watching.
I just move on even when there is still episodes left, i know it's weird but if i lose interest i just drop stuff. To be honest when i love a show it's hard for me to finish it because i don't want them to end most of the times, especially when it comes to anime i like.
How about you? do you have any issues when consuming any media?
Yeah youtube and tiktok keeps me busy as well, it distracts me a lot. I kinda want to watch more shows, but i just end up watching something on youtube.
Yeah Myanimelist is kinda weird, it takes time to understand how to utilize everything on here, i still don't understand most of the things on here.
Im watching girls last tour, it's a manga i love so i recently started the anime, i've been watching frieren and classroom of the elite every week as well, but other than that not much else. Im also reading some chapters that release weekly. But lately i haven't felt that i want to watch anything, it's hard for me to finish shows these days, because i lose interest so fast, well it depends. however with regular tv shows, i watch like 5-6 eps then i just stop watching for some weird reason, i just move on even if it's a good show.
Yeah assassination classroom is a fun watch, i watched the first season a while back, i just decided to finish season 2 as well because i heard the ending was good.
The things is there are so many shows to watch, but i just pick whatever i feel like to watch even though i have a lot of shows in my plan to watch.
I think the same is happening for me idk why though.

yeah messing up the sleep schedule is no joke, i've gone through pulling all nighters so many times i can't even count, that stuff is bad for the health. I realized one day i can't keep doing this, my brain will be fried by the age of 30 lol.
The egyptian gods are OP, Oh cool the Obelisk, Slifer and the winged dragon cards are so cool, I've always wanted a dark magician card but yeah it's impossible to get ahold of one when you are young and poor especially when i was a kid. I used to collect pokemon and yugioh cards when i was younger.
Yeah i don't play with friends much these days either, i used to play apex, fortnite and warzone most of the time but it kinda just fizzled out and we stopped playing.
Yeah tomboys rule however ngl i didn't like the tomochan series i don't know if you've watched it but it was kinda boring, but i liked her character design and she was super cute.
YuGiOh was probably one of the first shows ever that i got obsessed over when i was younger, maybe i'm a explorer at heart and then just move on when i feel that i explored enough out of a show.
Yeah i have the same thing with games, I played a lot of minecraft a long time ago and i've done that with like Terraria, other games as well. I'ts hard for me to actually pick a favorite that is my favorite forever, when i know there might be something better out there. I feel like this with all games, movies, shows, comics, anime and books.

I wanted to share with you something, i recently figured out something about myself that was kinda shocking even to me lmao.
I figured out that i've been thinking obssession= love/favorite. I realized that i've been feeding into my curiosity when it comes to certain shows, i was just so excited with certain shows that i wanted to know everything about them, like in detail. After i consume the shows in manga,light novel and watching them, i figured out that i don't really love them that much, just that i know a lot about the show.
So what im trying to say is that, it hit me today that i don't really love certain shows, it was an obssession i had for a long while and now it's kinda over. It feels kinda superficial in a way, but it's the truth.
I was so into the tensura world that i literally consumed all its media in different ways, for example the game,light novel, manga and all the anime multiple time, i read so many things about , i even dedicated a whole tiktok account and now i just don't feel attached to it like i use too, it's sad but also suprising in a way.
It made me appreciate the shows that i actually love a lot. I've done this with a couple of shows. it's weird. what do you think about all this mess? it's weird right?
I love music a lot, i mean who doesn't and the nostalgia thing is so nice sometimes. Takes me back to fond memories i have watching a certain show on a late night. Yeah didn't you know to press command + control and spacebar to get the emojis, I've been doing it for a while lol.😜
I love listening to op songs on repeat for a week and not listening to it again until i get a feeling of nostalgia. I do that all the time.
I probably won't watch your lie in april rn, but sooner or later i'll watch it.
i remeber when i watched 7ds it was something about it that made me happy idk, i got dissappointed towards it's later seasons thought which is unfortunate because i loved it from the beginning.
