Just for quick genres:

Diamond no Ace, Haikyuu - SPORTS!!
Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii - Fantasy Romance // Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - Romcom.
Natsume Yuujincho - Youkai Fantasy with Sad Short Stories (hits the FEELS)
World Trigger - RPG-lit / Shonen
Psycho Pass - Psychological Thriller
Genre-wise, "World Trigger" is probably the easiest rec based on your tastes (I'm guessing here 🤣 forgive me) since it's Action/Shonen but with a bit more of an intellectual bend (the battle scenes are all very thought-through. The pacing is a bit slow, perhaps, but more chess/RPG like in that you can actually follow along and strategize yourself.)
If you do watch it, my only heads up would be that around ep 50 there's an anime-exclusive filler arc that is definitely skippable and you can go straight to season 2. (The episode quality tanks during the filler, sadly.) But that's only if you get that far xD
And Zetsuen no Tempest?? Oh man maybe I should put Tempest in my top 10 faves. It really is so good.
