Studio 4°C Produces a PR Anime of Tokyo City

According to Anime!Anime!, The Tourism Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan city started to stream a PR anime "Honey Tokyo". It's part of their publicity project "Welcome to Tokyo".

The anime has subtitles in English, Chinese, Korean, German, Italian, Spanish and French.

I'm not sure how they're expecting to attract non-Japanese to Tokyo, since this is definitely a widget short.

The production value for most those 11mins of trollin' was immense. BTW... Was anyone else reminded of Minority Report from that particular scene (^^)?
