New Blood Anime by CLAMP and Production I.G Announced [Update Apr 9]

According to Kadokawa, an original TV anime titled "Blood-C" was announced to start this July. This will be the third anime of "Blood" series.

hmmmm not so sure about this... i didn't really like the movie, blood+ was amazing but i really hope they don't f*** this up :P

Hmm, I love clamp and Blood but I don't know if I'd like them to go together. Guess I'll just have to wait and find out if it will be any good. But I'm really not counting on it.

Cant wait for this, Blood+ was for me a great anime with fantastic story and animation the animated movie on the other hand was terrible hated the graphic style and voices at least the English ones seriously Saya sounded like a guy so if this has anything to do with the original anime i hope it will be great but who knows if might be a totally different adaptation not enough details to tell.

Blood+ was awesome. I wonder what Clamp would be doing with it. Art changes? I haven't watched the original movie but this seems interesting. The movie was quite gorey (I think).

Sorry for my ignorance xD, but is this a remake of blood+, with like the same plot and just the art that's different??? Or is it like the second or whatever season?
I've only seen the 1st episode of Blood+ because I didn't like the drawing of it =.=.

yay! i REALLY LOVE THE IDEA of clamp working on this XD I am not sure quite what i thought of blood + but i did watch it all and would watch it all again, i have not been able to find the original blood yet =( i wann nnaaa watch it!! XD

When i read CLAMP, inmediatly thought about those noodles...
Though i liked Blood+, so i'm really looking forward to this, hoping they will make a good job.

I think that it's supposed to be a remake loosely based off of the movie in the same way that Blood+ was.

So, no, it shouldn't matter whether or not you've seen Blood+ or Blood:TLV.
