'Eien no 831' Announces Main Cast [Update 11/2]

The official website for the feature-length anime Eien no 831 (Eternal 831) announced the main cast on Tuesday. The original anime is set to premiere in January 2022.

Suzushirou Asano: Souma Saitou (Yuukoku no Moriarty)
Nazuna Hashimoto: M.A.O (Mao Ichimichi) (Enen no Shouboutai)
Seri Agawa: Kazuyuki Okitsu (Fruit Basket)

Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Hirune-hime: Shiranai Watashi no Monogatari) is directing and penning the anime at Craftar (Soutai Sekai, Ingress the Animation).

The anime was originally announced in August to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the satellite channel WOWOW.

Kyouko Kagami: Rei Igarashi (Black Clover)

Another original? Looking at the studio, I can't expect much really. I'll probably wait for the first episode to come out first, then see if I want to tune in.

Oo felt like there are loads of originals getting an anime adaptation in 2022. The VA's choice are interesting. Need to wait for the synopsis to get an insight of the story and hopefully the story could grasp my attention. Lastly, this won't be the next ex-arm sibling right xD? Just out of the blue because I hope that I don't have to suffer laughing from the CGI animation which hugely worries me though the teaser trailer hasn't come out yet but the design of the characters from my vision especially from the looks of Suzushirou Asano and Nazuna Hashimoto and the design looks something that would come out from a game but I may be wrong once the teaser trailer comes out and definitely looking forward to this if it ain't ex-arm look alike.

Nice VA's and a great director that also doing the script too, but this is going to be pure CG so I'm kinda bummed out on that front.

Hopefully the visuals will be watchable at least....Gonna need the story to be worth it though
