Manga '25-sai no Joshi Kousei' Gets TV Anime for Winter 2018

An official website for Makana's mature romance manga 25-sai no Joshi Kousei (25-Year Old High School Girl) has launched and announced that it will get TV anime scheduled to air on Tokyo MX on Mondays at 1:00 a.m. starting on January 8 for a duration of five minutes. Its complete version will also stream on Comic Festa Anime Zone starting January 8. This anime will follow the same format as Omiai Aite wa Oshiego, Tsuyoki na, Mondaiji., which is currently airing. The cast members for the TV broadcast will defer from the version streamed on Comic Festa Anime Zone. Saki Hazuki will perform the theme song "Reunion," who also performed the theme song for Omiai Aite wa Oshiego, Tsuyoki na, Mondaiji..

I meant more of the length because of limitations they have to do because of it and timeslot(massive censorship, etc). Not only that this looks like something made for an OVA series.

What?? Another one? Well i understand that the Japaneese culture is different from the western by a alot, but why are these even made? Not saying i dont watch/enjoy them, i just dont understand why studios make them. Do they make money? I cant see these making alot of money since they are probably broadcasted on smaller stations with less money and views. And at bad times at that. So are these shorts just so inexpencive that they will make a profit anyways, or are they making alot more money than i am imagining?
