Movie 'Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Detonation' to Premiere in 2018

The official Twitter for the Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha franchise has announced on Saturday that Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Detonation will premiere in 2018. Detonation is the continuation and conclusion to Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Reflection, which premiered in Japan on Saturday. The staff and cast members will reprise their roles.

Masaki Tsuzuki launched the Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha franchise in 2004, which comprises of four TV anime, three anime movies, several manga and drama CD adaptations, as well as series of model figures. The fourth and most recent TV anime in the series Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha ViVid aired in Spring 2015 for 12 episodes.

If this ends up leading into a StrikerS movie, even better! I'm just going to take in and appreciate all the Nanoha content I can get, as it's never enough ;--;

Well the cast list is pretty much same as Reflection except some mirror characters like Yuuno, Chrono, Suzuka, Arisa and the others didn't listed on it.

I had no idea Reflection was going to be split into two parts as i just recently finished watching almost all the seasons and movies of Nanoha. I guess now would be a good time to go finish Vivid Strike.

Probably because Vivid have "Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha" upfront, while Vivid Strike doesn't.

I still don't get why most of sources do not count Vivid Strike! as part of franchise. You should either count it also or exclude Nanoha Vivid from timeline as it has different main charas and theme too.

Ayy! People were wondering when this was going to come out, and here it is! 2018? I haven't seen Nanoha yet, but I have plenty of time to watch all of the seasons and movies before Detonation comes out. Yay!
