TV Anime 'Gamers!' Cast Members Announced

The official website for Gamers! has announced cast members for the upcoming series. The anime is slated for Summer 2017 via Tokyo MX, Sun TV, BS11, and AT-X.

Keita Amano: Megumi Han (Little Witch Academia (TV))
Karen Tendou: Hisako Kanemoto (ID-0)
Chiaki Hoshinomori: Manaka Iwami (Tsuki ga Kirei)

Looks like this Summer will have New Game S2 and Gamers!

Be funny if they air on the same day. Not bad for the cast choices though.

I was expecting this series to be like "New Game" :/

So.....this series is going to be about a bunch of gamers discovering each other and falling in love with that gamer MC? If so, I wish that's how my life looked like because as a gamer and someone who has female friends with similar hobbies, romance is the last thing we think/talk about.

I like the novel
It has no specific ganre on their game, i migh say the most genre they include in this novel is indie game
If u didnt like misunderstanding comedy then probably u wont like this

it's Light Novel adaptation, don't expect much.

I'm too old to wait a lot from adapting LN's romcom, but now I lack such works.

The fact I can't ascertain what kind of games they're into or this will be about within 10 seconds might mean that this isn't gonna be all that great.

I'm assuming some sort of generic mmos or w/e.
If they go the "we're gamers that play lots of games" then that inherently gives the nuance of gaming a backseat and we're left with shit we've already seen just this past season but eh what else is new.
