What do tou think about the upcoming yuri anime? Citrus and NTR. Do you think that it'll bombed?
In terms of sales or actual excitement for the anime? In disc sales they will both almost certainly bomb. In terms of my personal feelinhs, I'm not looking forward to NTR because of both the source material and the anime staff themselves being pretty.. well, shit. Citrus I am cautiously optimistic for. (Very cautiously. It doesnt have great source material, but beggars cant be choosers.)
Yeah I have no hope NTR will sell anything worthwhile. Just having NTR in the name is enough to make people avoid it, and even readers of the manga probably weren't expecting any kind of animation for it, being so new and all. I think with Kuzu no Honkai being a thing, studios wanna branch out more into the darker romance stories. NTR isn't so much dark as it is really toxic, but it kinda fits the bill.
Now Citrus is one of my favorite yuri manga, but even I feel like it won't be as successful as I'd like. I'm thinking it'll reach Izetta's level in sales and maybe a bit more. If anything, whoever licenses it overseas will definitely rake in more money, since I think it's far more popular overseas than in Japan. We still need way more information about it than we have right now, hopefully we get some kind of staff announcement soon.

Watashi didnt sell because it was a shoujo anime- which has a large manga buying audience and not a large disc buying audience. It was never expected to make money off of BD discs.
Both otome anime and anime aimed at obviously have high disc selling potentional. (You need only look at last season)
Yuri anime doesnt sell for a different reason, I think. Its just a very niche and small genre- even among the niche that is anime as a whole. There is only one dedicated yuri magazine. (A tiny fraction of other genres you listed like BL or otome) if it means anything, Ive heard that its growing , though some of that may be wishful thinking from certain parts of the western anime community. I remain hopeful that it isnt.
As for shojo anime that sell well, I think there's Ouran. But yeah, most shojo anime didn't sell really well.

Yeah. Serious yuri anime like Aoi Hana failed. Pure yuri "pandering" like Sakura Trick bombed. Watashi ga Motete Dousunda anyone? It has a canon bi woman, revserse harem wiith fujoshi lead, yet bombed really hard.

Unfortunately, in terms of disc sales, yuri has had a really tough time in general. Its just not that popular among the disc buying audience. :(

In China, it's quite popular. But in Japan its popularity stems mostly from Kanna because she's cute, etc etc. I’ve seen Japanese comments say how they don’t like Kobayashi since she’s too manly and not moe, or that the show tries to talk down to them with all those heavy-ish themes about family, xenophobia and understanding.
Or... yuri just doesn't sell well. Idk. I went to pixiv and there's so few yuri fanart of Kobayashi x Tohru or Riko x Kanna despite there's more than 5k fanart in pixiv. If anything, I found more sexualized Kanna fanart with some random male OC.

11. 1,027 *1,027 Shingeki no Kyojin Blu-ray BOX
lol I like snk, but the hype really has died. :(
Well... it is expensive. Who the heck is willing to pay 30k yen for the box and other illustrations? I think they would have better chance on going to the auction or something.
Even if they're a hardcore fans, they've probably bought them in 2013 and currently saving money to buy the season 2 BDs. Those 1k sales could be people who have money to spare for this Box and season 2.
