I didn't notice any stocking issues in Amazon but Bakemono no Ko was the same and sold 20-30 every week so maybe this kind of novels sells like that.

Usually the volumes that rank and sell the most ( except the first one ) for the week are the ones that the anime adapts at the moment as well as the volumes surrounding it. So since we now have entered Volume 6 territory people start to excessivly buy volume 5-8 more. Well episode 15 which has experienced an incredible amount of positive reception might have also pushed volume 8 a bit more than usual. Still kind of funny that volume 8 broke so many thresholds at a Time. Makes me wonder how volume 9 will gonna do.

Curious point: volume 8 of Re:Zero was released on 25th March and sold less than 7k copies in its first week. Even with the anime airing just after the end of the week in question, the volume failed to rank on its second week with a threshold of 5371. The first 2 volumes of the series reranked the following week but volume 8 didn't join them. Indeed, while all the other volumes have been flitting in and out of the rankings, volume 8 has never joined them - until now. Meaning it passes the 10k, 20k, 30k and 50k thresholds all at the same time. I wonder if that's ever happened before from the reranking of a volume released only 3.5 months previously...

Alderamin doing great! Just wish it would get translated quicker though. The anime will most likely surpass fan translations at this rate

As expected episode 15 of Re:Zero boosted the LN big time

Episode 17 and 18 should have an equal effect so I think we will see a lot of great numbers for the next weeks.

Alderamin with the 6k, interesting. I might try to get into it.

Yep as everyone expected from re:zero the volumes which got arc3 are starting to sell. Anyway its proving once again what a big success it is LN selling really great and the bd-dvd sales are better then most expected them around 5k but now its pretty much close to reachin 10k.

It's always good to see SAO on the top. Just curious, anybody knows why was there a huge drop in sales (almost 50k in week 3 and 100k overall) for SAO after Volume 15?

Re zero boost is still great, looks like ep15 was successful in Japan as well, because almost every volume sold 1k more compared to last week.
