Arte is kinda good. It starts as a lighthearted story but then gets serious in some of its episodes.
Bakarina is good too. It has good comedies, i laughed so hard on each of its episodes. Honestly, her route is doing just fine and i don't see anything going wrong with it.
Nami yo kiitekure isn't one of the anime i use to watch. And minare speaks too fast! I'm having a hard time reading the subtitles. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, and the comedies weren't actually my taste. But it's fun enough to follow.
Id Invaded was better than i thought, it hits me hard when Narihisago went back to the past. For Eizouken, it wasn't my favourite but it was good. I like episode 7 particularly, it was the best one in my opinion. The first 5 minutes were so good and i almost thought of it as a whole episode. I didn't realize it has only been 5 minutes until the Opening song comes in. It really give a highlight to Mizusaki's childhood and motivation for creating anime. Creating animation, to be precise.
Ah... i see. The quarantine makes me isolated too....
My favourites so far is Id Invaded, Somali, Ishuzoku, Bofuri and Hanako kun and Magia Record (for episode 13).
Also, i'm surprised you gave eizouken a 10/10. But perhaps that's because i rarely ever give any show a 10 lol.
What do you think about this season anyway? Spring has a good start, imo. I've only watched 3 anime so far, Yesterday wo Utatte, Kakushigoto and Kaguya S2. I'm not really interested with the other titles from this season. But, well it doesn't hurt to try new things.
And.... how many volumes of tongari boushi do you own? #justwannask
I made a review in Run with the Wind. Here's the https://myanimelist.net/reviews.php?id=334140. I would like to know your opinion about the show. It will be nice if you have any opinions on my review. I am open to criticism. If you like the review, clicking the helpful button is highly appreciative to show your support.
Your favourites seems nice. I'm currently reading yugami kun and planning to read tongari boushi too.
i rewatched LWA for the third time and finished it around a week ago near Christmas (maybe it was just seasonal depression) but i rlly felt down missing the characters lol im a bit of a crybaby like that so im definitely looking into getting the RPG like game just to console and get my ass together and move on
besides LWA tho any other high recommends for someone who hasn't watched alot of anime?
kind of a noobie weeb here dont mind me~
sorry but tht 75% is making my broke ass v tempted rn to risk it all
why do great animes always have such little volumes ;c the characters are so good i wouldn't mind just reading more about them and their everyday school witchy endeavors ;c
do u know if the creator is making anything similar/any new anime/manga?
maybe it can fill the void in my heart LWA created
i do kno there is a game but no i haven't played it how is it??? worth it?
talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before, unafraid to reference or not reference, put it in a blender, shit on it, vomit on it, eat it, give birth to it!
yeah i'm not nearly fluent enough to read the untranslated volumes smoothly but i figured i'd eventually get there, maybe by trying to read these volumes, and get to benefit from the art looking freaking stunning in my hands and on my bookshelf, on top of supporting chika. plus the untranslated, original volumes are really cheap when you buy them from the source; english volume prices are jacked uppp. i guess that's the (literal) price you pay for being able to understand it all 😅
my thoughts exactly on the fruits basket remake, seriously. like you said, that craptastic late 90s-2000s humor and sometimes bashing you over the head with the "hey this is deep and you should feel sad/enlightened now" were the main flaws for me, but then they really came through with some honestly touching moments, lessons, and characterizations. when they talked about momiji's situation and then they had those few episodes around when they talked about kisa's bullying + uotani's story, I bawled my eyes out lol. so flaws and all I still enjoyed it and I'm happy I got to consume this sort of legendary series in a neat little 'modern-remake-of-all-manga-volumes-with-sparkly-new-art!' package.
sorry about the huge reply I don't know how this happened lol. enjoy 3gatsu :D
i'm excited to try out some of your recs. ohayou ibarahime looks really promising and it's a short read so it's perfect for my procrastinating purposes lol. and i've been meaning to get into akatsuki no yona for a while so i'm happy to hear that you recommend it too. besides that the only ones i've touched are tonari no kaibutsu kun (i liked it but dropped it for some reason?) + all the old ones you mentioned; kimi ni todoke (got burnt out watching the anime in a short period of time so i dropped the manga midway) + kaichou wa maid-sama (this one... i watched the anime and hated it) + fruits basket (watched the anime remake coming out these days; quite liked it). anyways, looks like i've got some work to do (〃・ิ‿・ิ)ゞ thanks again!
