It actually hasn't left the list at all since it was released back in September if I'm not mistaken.

As for Tokyo Ghoul 1, it's back because a new volume was released. It often happens with these mega popular series for the first few volumes (happened with AoT and AssClass iirc).

I think I'll not bother with buying more Akame ga Kill. But I'm happy to see The Devil is a Part-timer though, even if it is the manga rather than the novel.
