According to Dengeki G's Magazine, an original anime project titled Plastic Memories is in production.

Ahh, I didn't know that. I was just looking at his work in anime at first. Sounds like this could be promising.

Booooring. Why not put your money on something interesting? If you're going to speculate at this point, why not go with something daring? Like reverse harem with gender bender and cannibalism in a futuristic sci fi steampunk setting? Or maybe a psychological thriller with idols in the Meiji Era?

Anyways, seems like a silly announcement. Doesn't seem to tell me much more than THERE'S GONNA BE AN ORIGINAL ANIME PROJECT IN THE FUTURE SOMETIME. Gee thanks.

Kind of early to say whether or not it will be anything like NagiAsu though. Not really sure what this is at this point to be honest, and it's probably a ways away...

Hopefully you won't have to wait that long for the "next Nagi no Asukara". Besides, that's what I'm hoping Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso is =). It seems to fill a bunch of the criteria: Drama, Romance, good music, nice art, multiple female and male characters and 2 cours so it isn't rushed. Also (though not necessarily important) the two male seiyuu for the main characters in Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso did Hikari and Kaname in NagiAsu...
