Please don't bring the Japanese prices here, no sense in paying $400 for a 1 cour anime in the US, hardly anyone will buy your BDs if they are at or near $400.

my thought exactly

I'm actually very excited about this. I'm eager to see how it turns out. Pony is also a music distributor in Japan so hopefully this means more localized OSTs as well, specifically the Attack on Titan OST. As for pricing, I think we should wait and see. I won't get my hopes up, but I'll wait until their first release before complaining about any prices.

This is great news! Hopefully a lot more series will be subbed officially and sold in the states at an affordable price :)

Dubs are probably inevitable though, not that it's an issue.

Well that's interesting and I see they already have two series from the Fall lineup on their site too. Looking forward to what else they will be releasing in the future.

They released Reborn on DVD in Japan I hope it gets a US release too!

The only thing I hope for is that they don't follow Aniplex's pricing model $80 is as much I'll spend on a series unless I really REALLY enjoyed it.
