Lately Naruto, One Piece, Bleach and Fairy Tail was one of the best selling manga's (anime's) but now is was like converted to trash because of the new manga's these days like Tokyo Ghoul or Shingeki no Kyojin in which is still being anticipated to have both another season in which SnK was already confirmed..

Yes, you're absolutely right. It came out on June 20th. In fact both came out at the same time. However as you can see from their first week sales:hpulley said:

224K vs. 52K after two weeks. So as the sales turn into a trickle, the relative size of the trickle of Ghoul sales are much larger than Akame ga Kill. The trickle of Ghoul is still large enough to rank while AgK may still be selling but not enough to rank in the rather short Top 50 Manga list. This week's trickle in week 7:

Compared to AgK which only ranked for 2 weeks.
Ghoul was a much bigger seller to begin with so it is going to rank for longer. However, I don't think you can deny that Ghoul's anime is doing a great job at bringing in new fans to the manga, adding 23K sales to v1 this week alone:

We shall see soon what the real Ghoul boost looks like. Ghoul v13 comes out on August 20th.
Not sure when AgK v11 comes out but their release schedule is longer due to it being monthly so November/December is likely. That will show us the real effect of the AgK anime on the manga sales.
