New 'Infinite Stratos' OVA 'World Purge-hen' Due in 2014

The official Twitter for the "Infinite Stratos" anime series has announced that a new OVA is in the works titled "World Purge-hen." The final episode of "Infinite Stratos 2" also included that the OVA will air sometime in 2014 which you can find here and here.

The tweet also states that more information on the OVA will be given on the official site at a later date.

The World Purge arc in the LN was translated back in August. I was shocked and disappointed it was completely skipped over in the 2nd season.

In the LN version there was plenty of... service from the first 5 girls (except Houki for no particular reason and nothing of value was lost)

The World Purge arc is garbage straight out of the fanfics, but I miiiight watch it.

There is nothing that can save this series from becoming obsolete, critically. What is OVA in harem terms? As much sexuality as you can show.disk

this OVA will probably be nothing. The series had its chances to be interesting, but isntead the author went for the route of purely lazy writing, it's a shame.

Well then you're probably gonna be disapointed but theres definitely gonna be more focus on the girls here and probably a little plot depending on whether they follow the LN or just go all out on the fanservice....

I liked the first season, but the second season's fan-service made it unbearable for me >.< (Coming from a guy who gives "10's" to harems)

If the ova doesn't have too much fanservice I'll attempt to pick it up again

People bitching about fan service, while the fan service is the only good thing about the show. The actual plot sucks ballz.
