It's Kubokuro. While they're past their peak now (a few years back, one of their compilations sold an incredible 3 million copies), they remain very popular.

Was going to say this myself. They still have a huge fanbase because they write amazing songs. Blue bird is a very nice song too, not their best in any way but good like all their other songs. Guess I am just a sucker for them since they are my favourite band :p Their last single was definitely better than Blue bird though.

Hell yeah Kore wa Zombie desu ka and IS:Infinite STratos may not have taken the top 5 but the top 10 is not so bad, at least they place somewhere besides the bottom of the whole CD sales of the month. Orimura!

Yay for Blue Bird, this song is very good ! In fact its the only opening I ever watch, and its only because of this song

I don't agree with Blue Bird being mediocre. I think it is a very nice song.

The KnK BR box is still there, yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah!

It's a competition between the opening and ending of Madoka and IS ... and apparently Kyubee and the Puella Magi beat Orimura and his girls on both counts
