Note: The releases of most of the anime CD and DVD on March 25th have been postponed because the factories of disc media in Sendai were damaged by the tsunami.

Disaster Report 4 was a PS3 game that was cancelled for obvious reasons. I imagine that it was a much larger financial burden than whatever OVA/series that was in the making.

The entire Disaster Report series ceased production completely (as of today the whole series is out of print), it is much worse than what you are saying and Madoka has a very high chance of becoming out of print and airing canceled.

Yay Madoka =D, I really hope that even if it is canceled airing, hopefully they will still release the final 2 episodes on DVD but I have that bad feeling also x.x

Madoka is on the lists, it's a good sign, however the future of that anime is uncertain and I can sense the almighty cancellation coming more and more each day it doesn't air, I can see this ending up like Disaster Report, production of DVD/BD stopped completely and permanently and the anime no longer airing.
