The series that started as comics in the magazine, and became an April fools video, and is now an anime. Aqours never dies!!!!!!!!! There is a manga that can be read at KADOKAWA's ComicWalker. https://comic-walker.com/contents/detail/KDCW_AM09202942010000_68/ |

A bet even this spin-off will have multiple sequels to follow through, one or two movies and then a spin-off of this spin-off. |

I thought the adaptation was just going to be an April's fool joke, super excited about it and hopefully there are more project like this, the other one for Nijigasaki with super power was also pretty hype too. |

Ehmm... Isn't too late for April Fool? Really, as I the PV on YouTube seen have, I thought that this maybe a remained April Fool-annoucment was at that time... But really, this isn't - it's real. I did never think that they'd an isekai/fantasy anime make about it - this feels off somehow. But let's see it first, probably it'll be fun ride (or not)... I just wonder me, if this also at other LL! franchise (like Nijisaki) the same happen will... |

This is a rough translation of the story as written in the official website. I gave a second, more liberal translation for the first sentence that sounds more natural. Criticisms and comments are welcome. Notice that 幻日 means parhelion, but is read the same as 現実 - reality, actuality. as such, maybe there's a play in words here. Story みんなが知ってるあの子の、みんなが知らない物語ーー。 lit:That girl everyone knows, [and her] story that nobody knows. lib: The girl everyone knows and her untold story. 海と山に囲まれた風光明媚な港町”ヌマヅ”。 The scenic port city "Numazu", which is surrounded by the mountains and the sea. 幼い頃から周囲になじめなかった少女ヨハネは、街のみんなと距離をとって暮らしていた。 Since [she was] little, Yohane didn't get along with others and spent her days keeping a distance from everyone in town. 私のやりたいこと、私の本当の居場所、それはー。 What I want to do, the place I truly belong. That is - . 素直になれない少女と歩む、あなたの知ってる不思議な世界。 [You] walk along with a girl who's unable to be upfront with her feelings, [towards] the mysterious world you know. 『幻日のヨハネ -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR - 』 『Yohane of the parhelion - SUNSHINE in the MIRROR -』 いま現れた、もうひとつの太陽。 It has appeared now, one more sun. |

Let me guess, none of the traditional haters are going to be complaining about another isekai or artificially milking a franchise for extra money right now? Hoppy said: Ramkec said: Damn Love Live Isekai. And it will be better than 99% of isekai anime, not sure if it will be better than Dog Days though, it will probably outsell Dog Days though. To be honest, sometimes I just want to become an avid isekai fan. Just as take that! answer to all that annoying pretentious hatred of the genre. Softhenic03 said: A bet even this spin-off will have multiple sequels to follow through, one or two movies and then a spin-off of this spin-off. The funny thing is that next to this, a bunch of people hated it as "franchise milking" just the news that Kaguya-sama was getting a new anime after 3 season. My guess is that brands like this are immune to any kind of criticism, even if it surpasses the cases that other animes get scolded for. |

Oh I forgot to say This time I hope the little sister lesbians Dia and Ruby will kiss. Not on the cheek they already did that, and that kiss was awesome =) Love Live this time give me some sweet incest lesbian tongue kissing,,,,YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES I also find it very interesting that LL steps out of their comfort zone. Normally there are school girls all of them are lesbians and they want to sing and dance with their little girlfriends. This fantasy setting is something new and I am very curious to see what they will do with it |

It's nice to know people complaining online about stuff, especially on western internet, can't do anything to have an actual impact on the show. Hate moe? Seriously? Much of the hatred towards various isekai and harem shows comes from the moe/CGDCT community. To the point that some of these people perceive these genres as a kind of competition with all-female titles for audience. The same people constantly complain about male protagonists and think that any male preference for male characters is self-inserting. The problem is that apparently when people don't like a certain genre, complaining about its continuation is something completely normal and cool, but when it's their favorite, then any milking is already acceptable. _mahoushoujos_ said: I honestly couldn't stand Sunshine compared to the other seasons but the idea of this is just hilarious, definitely gonna watch. In fact, the VN franchise To Heart 2 already did this in the late 00s, including releasing a sequel and several re-releases for different platforms. Also an episode of the series and several events in Bandori. Classic fantasy-themed content. |

People complain too much but has yet to point out that there's no "TV anime" being mentioned, it seems to be leaning towards ONA and catered more towards existing fans. We're not quite sure about the episode lengths and the number of episodes for these. The staff they got looks interesting, though. |

No wonder when it comes to all-female isekai, or yuri harem, they immediately forget about their hatred for these genres. The thinking of people who are obsessed with yuri shipping in straight romance and constant complaints about male protagonists works approximately the same way. Talking about the fanbase in general, I think most people don't care about it at all. As much as we love to complain about the normies, they are much more reasonable than any geeks on this matter. |

ren0080 said: Finally! Sunrise going back to its roots and making PEAK Idol Anime again! ...They already went back practically to their roots earlier this month with Doan, though. Remember, Sunrise has been a thing since the 70s, LL has only been a thing since last decade. I get you being hype but it's objectively not their roots. |

that moment when you get a "new story rejected because there is already a thread about it" several days later, even though you submitted the story first. i mean sure, my submission was just a few sentences talking about the show as well as a link to the youtube promo and this one is better laid out with info about the cast and what-not. I'm glad my translation of the story was helpful, despite not receiving any credit. anyways >_> |
