I prefer it when they’re bishounen with some muscle.  I’m not into shotas (honey from OHSHC), guys who look way too skinmy (Accelerator), or overly muscular men like thr guys from part 1-3 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. |

| I don't like big muscles (like in early JoJo, Baki, Dragon Ball etc, it looks grotesque, Makoto from Free is also too much imo) and I also dislike shotas (it's disgusting for me as a fetish/preference, and usually annoying as a character archetype - with some exceptions). I like adult anime guys with mild/medium muscles the most, like Gintoki, Hijikata, Spike, Kougami, Gilgamesh, Lancer etc. |

| Idk if Bakugo is a good example of a muscular dude, chief. Shoji's body is a way better example in every way possible, but we don't know his face so I understand why you didn't mention people like him. But still, Shoji has a great body. There are also people like Zoro and Ace who both have masterpieces as bodies, but my personal favourite is Oikawa from Haikyuu. |

| I think more than looks, it’s personality I go for with anime characters. Being that I’m a bit obsessed with Inuyasha and I don’t think it’s particularly his appearance I’m attracted to as much as how adorable I find him. Especially when he’s grumpy or blushing - I’m a total cliche that’s fallen hook line and sinker for the tsundere trope. What I think is odd is that my type in guys irl is totally different to who I like in anime. Mainly because I think yaoi is mostly written by females for females (and I’m a gay guy) and while it pushes the right buttons in general, the guys in yaoi are not my normal types at all. Hopefully in the future we’ll get more bara anime which seems to cater to my irl interests in guys but until we get hot older guy types, I’m more than enjoying all the lean muscle types in anime. Also, not in sexual way because he’s like 14 in the anime but I find Syaoran Li completely adorable. I mean just look at him, he’s so cute. |
