| Violet Evergarden so far. It has made me cry twice, one for the 10th episode and one for the special. That's my top so far, not sure if there will be another anime that will do that ever or in a while. |

| Depends on the anime. Sometimes I start tearing up and I have no idea why! Lol To be honest, I think most of the time my eyes are watering because I'm laughing so hard. As far as anime that made me cry out of sadness, they would be: Your Lie in April - kept it together while I watched the show, then I bawled for a week straight afterwards :( Sword Art Online (The Mothers Rosario arc) - The ending song got me before I even reached the final episode but I could see where it was going. Afterwards, I cried for about two or three days. Sakura Quest - This one surprised me; it started out really slow but at the end when Yoshino has to say goodbye to all her friends in the village it really touched me. Tsukigakirei - Do tears of joy count? Indeed, almost every episode made me cry but it wasn't a sad anime at all; pretty much the complete opposite. Just so freaking adorable! :) A Silent Voice - OMG! THAT ENDING! I use to cry before but now, after everything that happened with KyoAni, I completely lose it every time. Out of all of those, the one that still gets me the most is Your Lie in April. I've only seen it one time way back in 2017, but there are some days when I'll start thinking about it and I'll still get all choked up. I literally think I've never had an anime, or any form of media for that matter, affect me the way Your Lie in April has. |
