| I really enjoyed this episode actually, Over the last few episodes we have got to see more of smoker's personality, and I'd have to agree with Luffy, I don't hate him and may be beginning to like him. Oh and @Mashui, awesome pic btw. |
| The Smoker vs. Luffy situation needs to stay...forever. It's the kind of thing that I will never get tired of. Seeing Crocodile come in and see the room full of water, with the cage open, and Mr. 3, was just too good. | I loved this episode :) I really do think the Smoker doesn't hate Luffy, I'm not sure about his crew member though, but I really do believe that he likes Luffy. I couldn't help but smile at the end XD |

| Smokey brought up some interesting information. We're viewing Crocodile as being the leader of everything, but his partner (whom I'm forgetting the name of and afraid of googling for spoilers) has just as much of a bounty as him. On top of that she's constantly acting in ways that aren't following his orders, like when she seemed to try and get the straw hats to go straight to Alabasta rather than going through Little Garden, or in this episode where she seemed to see Sanji entering the building but not do anything about it. It appears they are a bit like the straw hats whereas they're both mavericks who are working together because of convenience or something. It's a pretty interesting dynamic. We saw a lot of Smoker development over the course of this arc in regards to how he views Luffy. In fact, as they were going into the casino he thought they may have been friends with Crocodile. But, after seeing his resolve for kicking Crocodiles ass, his good nature, and the fact he even saved his enemies life he's warmed up to him. He had the wrong impression, but being a man of business, of the law, he won't let that get in his way for long. His blush was pretty cute, being a stoic and manly individual who instills fear into people he must not hear that a lot. But, as we know, Luffy sees what's really in peoples hearts. I also want to note the fact that Zoro had a hearty laugh when it came to Smoker letting them go and we haven't seen that for a bit. I had mentioned Crocodiles zaniness in regards to the fact that he gave them a chance to escape just to make them scared even though they could possibly get out and ruin his plans. The scene where he mentioned that he has the real key however showed this not to be exactly the case. We saw how angry he got when he tried to kill Mr.3 and when he was chasing Chopper despite not needing to. He quite clearly see's himself as superior and cannot take other people mocking him or getting in his way, so it makes sense that he would want to make the straw hats suffer. It may not be the smartest but it's not like he could have presumed that Mr.3 would be alive, had been eaten by the same alligator, and be used as a way to set them free after all. Lastly, Sanji came through so strong these last two episodes. He didn't even get shot he pretended he did to bait Crocodile to chase Chopper. He then beats the life out of some bannagators and forces Mr.3 to open the cage. Finally he yet again leaves a very mocking message align with "Heya you've called the damn resturant", but this time using Mr.3 as the message. "Catch you later, you damn gator. - Mr Prince". These scenes alone have increased how much I like Sanji tenfold as currently I feel he is the least explored and the least participating in the main plot apart from the new entries like Chopper and Vivi(and in Vivi's case she is a major participant). |
| I'm shocked at how much I'm watching 8 EPISODES COMMON! You know that part was beautiful when Luffy told Zoro "Save him Save him" we know Smoker's after Luffy but Luffy don't give a shit. Luffy knows he can't swim,Luffy knows in water he's weak but Luffy goes save him save him. Zoro said what are you saying he's our enemy tho Luffy. You know Luffy's character man I can't believe I said what I said about him in the beginning. I might of been possessed. LUFFYs the man yo he's like what all of us should be in life if you know what I mean,like be fun basically like to an extend not just too ridiculous but when times comes for your family or someone that needs you its time to be a man you know what I mean. Oh guys man. |

| Mr. Prince got everyone out of the cage thanks to Mr. 3's wax ability and all that's left is to head straight to Alubarna! Zoro saving Smoker under Luffy's orders and the Marine letting them escape to pay back the favor was a very heartwarming moment ♡ |

| There sure is a mystery surrounding Crocodile's sidekick. She has an op DF, is basically Crocodile's right hand, somewhat gave the Straw Hats a chance back before they entered Little Garden, and has a massive bounty of 70 million berries! Welp looks like Mr 3 is still alive lmao and he's back to his antics. Why not go against Crocodile at this point? He's going to dispose off of you anyways. At least he helped them escape (after some coercion lol) Of course, Luffy will save Smoker. He doesn't hold grudges. Also, he's still relevant to the plot. He can't die yet. |
