 During the Animate Girls Festival 2016, mobile game developer Cybird announced at a stage event that Ikemen Sengoku: Toki wo Kakeru Koi will get an anime adaptation in 2017. The announcement shows the characters in the SD form for the anime adaptation. A manga adaptation by Mika Kajiyama will begin its serialization in the February 2017 issue of Princess magazine. A sequel game was also included in the announcements made at the event. Ikemen Sengoku: Toki wo Kakeru Koi, which is part of the Ikemen series, was released by Cybird in June 2015 for iOS and Android devices. It is a romance simulation game where the player can interact with a total of 11 historical figures from the Sengoku era. | Not a fan of harem/otome, but as what I always say when watching/reading this type of genre, I'll probably watch it for the history. I actually thought this was an adaptation for the game and manga Geten no Hana, huh, guess I'm wrong. Ayy Kashuu's seiyuu's in the list. Nice to see Sugita-san in the list, he'll be a cool Nobunaga for sure. |

| The first thing that came to my mind was this: I haven't seen any decent otomege adaptation except for Norn9 in recent seasons so will eagerly wait for this since it has a pretty formidable voice-cast list. |
