I have to admit, when Fujitora was about to rain all those rubbles, he looks like the most badass admiral that can cause armageddon~
How long have I waited for this day to come....The time for the sake cup is about to arrive~
The next episode will the best one to finish the Dressrosa Arc~

By the look of the end of this episode it seems that Lucy Luffy is about to go the Edward Newgate route with Affiliations/Branch with others pirates... plus he also has close relationship with Royalties/Princesses from other countries that he saved. He is getting closer and closer to become a true legend around the One Piece universe…

Great episode this week, Been waiting for this moment :D

Nice to see the townsfolk of Dressrosa show their gratitude towards Luffy and co.
Loved the animation for the split up of the circular ball of rubble,Fujitora's powers are awesome to watch.

Had a real grin on my face when Fujitora called Luffy foolishly honest and especially when he said he wished he could see what Luffy looked like.

5600 man Straw hat fleet incoming, Luffy truly is making a name for himself out there.

Hope we get a new OP for Zou.

Fujitora you legend! He is one man army! I like him even more!!!

After Dressrosa there will be a filler arc which will somehow connect with the upcoming movie Gold. Also there will be new opening and song ,:). I will search for the link and will post it 😝.

Finally this is the moment i been waiting for. The straw hat Grand Fleet. Its so amazing how far luffy has come now, he's finally gathering a worthy army of pirate crews. Man i can only imagine what oda has in store for this as he climbs to the top of the pirate era, just like WB did. Can you imagine luffy in his place in a huge ass war.

I hope the anime includes the author notes at the end of the next episode. Its quite interesting, it seems oda is not only just introducing these guys are side actors, they are going to develop and grow along side the straw hats.

People are going to shit when they see the next episode. Its quite possibly the largest build-up ever in the one piece universe. For anime only watchers prepare your selfs for info dumps galore and bomb shell after bomb shell with startling revelations.

I really hope the arc ends at the very next episode. It must. The usual complaint, but this is taking forever. I'm so hungry for this to end and go to the next one or whatever filler already.

Fortunately, this was a nice episode, though, so I can wait a bit more for this to finally end since this distracted me from my impatience a bit, along with Fujitora himself, of course. :D

Fujitora is amazing <3

I hate how they're forming this Straw Hat Alliance now though.. I was hoping we didn't have to see 99% of the characters from this arc ever again.. or at least not for a very long time :(

You know you lost when you second guess yourself, poor fuji.
I have one important question, are the tontas leaving dressrosa?
What happened was wonderful, I am disappointed law wasn't the hero,, but 50 unit long bridge or something?! Large sum of dressrosa?! 5600 fleet members ?!?!.... honestly thought Luffy would say 'no' but the way they worded it as set it up. So Sabo has the revolutionary army thing, and Luffy has the straw hat fleet. If they develop upon the fleets actions throughout the series, this is going to be a long anime.....
Hopefully next episode will be last episode with them for awhile #HYPE

I'm still loving Fujitora as a character!

The amount of time that the rubble took was painful.

The birth of the SH fleet was awesome and makes this arc feel more worth it.

Next episode:

Luffy: Nope. I don't you need guys...

Haven't followed the manga but I hope he doesn't turn them down. But it seems something Luffy would say lol. He really needs all the help he can get right about now. But seems doubtful he will since everyone in here is hinting it really will be a thing. :)

Fujitora blinded himself, that was unexpected.
The entire country helped them escape, I guess they are returning the favor.
So, everyone knew already that Kyros is Rebecca's father.
And, WOW WOW WOW, everyone wants to join the crew!
Awesome,even giants!!

I loved this episode. I thought the rubble was really well done and an impressive display of overwhelming, awe-inspiring power. It was really refreshing to see the townspeople save Luffy, not to mention very moving along with Fujitora wishing he could see Luffy's face.

5600 men under a Straw Hat alliance. If he says yes that'll be so awesome, I actually like pretty much all the potential alliance members.

I wonder how long until Luffy's an Emperor.

So excited about where this is going!

Fujitora is one of the best characters. Man he made me tear up.

And shoot, I actually don't want Luffy to get a whole fleet. I feel like that would take away from who he is. His crew is supposed to be unique, wild, and with-the-flow. I don't mind an alliance, but for them to be called the crew would not make me feel good. Idk, is it just me?

Absolute great episode. I can't imagine how they could had done this better. Fujitora totally badass, about to start his attack and then all the people from Dressrosa who saved Luffy and the others from it. So everyone knew about Kyros and Rebecca? That's nice to know.

Also interesting to hear that Fujitora blinded himself because he saw things he shouldn't have seen in his past. I had the biggest smile in my face when he wanted to know which of person Luffy is and how he looked like, that was definitely a nice moment. He absolutely has become my fav guy of the navy. :)

When Orlumbus was about to list the pirate crews I knew what would happen. 5600 men in an alliance with the straw hats is totally crazy. Luffy is really about to become the most famous and greatest pirate of all time. Can't wait to see the next episode!

Dang. Phenomenal episode. It has been so long since I've felt that good ol' One Piece hype. That Dressrossa arc took ages. I can't wait to finally be out on the water again and meet up with the crew. I miss Brook. It has been too long since I've heard a "YOHOHOHO!!!"

Fujitora blinded himself, that was certainly interesting!
I can't blame him for wishing to see the face of the stupidest and the nicest monkey in this era.

Regarding the new fleet, I expected that to happen since Luffy wants to the pirate king, he would need something like all the four great pirates.
But it feels out of Luffy's character, it feels kind of wrong.
Not sure how will Luffy respond.

The episode was so slow and the copy paste was at max with all the ships, rubble and crowds of people. That ending though as someone who started watching the show before Nami had D cup breasts is amazing, I don't read the manga so at most I was expecting maybe one of them to join the crew but the StrawHat Grand Fleet sounds like a good way to refresh the series and add something new that is definitely needed this far into the anime.

The past few episodes have been alright, but damn that ending though. The Straw Hats are going to be even more of a threat/obstacle to the WG now, and funnily enough, it wouldn't have happened if they had taken care of Doflamingo in the first place. Well I mean a lot of things led up to this, but really, it was fighting against Doflamingo that the sense of camaraderie was born between all these pirates.

Interesting that Isshou blinded himself because there are things he wished he hadn't seen. Even someone as powerful as him wants to run away from reality sometimes. Although I guess we don't know if he blinded himself before or after he gained hi DF power.

The one thing I didn't like in this episode though was how the citizens said they knew about the "fairies" and about Rebecca's family. I mean it's not far fetched to say that they know, but they made it such a big deal before. But anyways, it was smart of them the way they saved Luffy and co.

Amazing episode. Way better than when i read the manga. The music just totally sells fujitora as a badass.
And it was nice to see the towns people appreciate luffy like that.

Wooooo straw hat grand fleet! I hope all 5600 go into a whitebeard war style type battle one day. Like maybe straw fleet vs big mom or vs kaido

Now that's what I am talking about. One Piece as a series got two highlights in this episode, Fujitora wishing he could see Luffy's face (which was a really moving scene and very well executed/animated) and the creation of the Strawhats Grand Fleet.

This episode gave me goosebumps. A lot of incredible moments coming together. Fuji definitely has a lot to offer this series. Excited to see him develop as a character.

For those who are not in favor of a fleet, I don't think you should really see it as them being a part of the crew. Its essentially an alliance and the Strawhats are the leaders. Its a great development and its important to remember that its not as if the Strawhats have fought every battle on their own. I think Enies Lobby is a good representation of what this is (with them having a large amount of people to help them). Its not as if the strawhats can take on the world on their own, haha.

Goddamn it! I'm so excited right now, and knowing this show and seeing Luffy's expression at the end, I have a feeling that he' gonna turn down Bartolomeo and the others.
I'll be seriously pissed off if that happens, because it was about time he gained an army on his side, since he's gonna be fighting Kaido and Big Mom.

Oh man this episode was so intense with one of the biggest commitments in the history of one piece. The screentime around fujitora alone was enough to give 5/5 for this episode but then again it was even topped with that new leadership given to luffy.

We also come to know that fujitora has apparently blinded himself because of things he rather didn't have seen in his past. The part where he actually wishes to see how luffy looks like and where he smiles - that was very intense and nicely executed. In this regard I also have to praise the fact that the animation quality rises when important moments are displayed in one piece.
