| Okay ive seen a couple of animes and it seem that if the male gets on top of her and its unwanted the they get caught NOTHING HAPPENS. Heres an example, Maid Sama The council leader of the rich school goes at her (RAPE) and she struggles, Usui rescues her and they just walk out...WHAT...THATS ATTEMPTED RAPE!? Anyway that brings me to the end of my rant. Hahaha. Any opinions on this or other examples? |

In all honesty there are like less then 10 male on female (attempted) rape in all of anime and pretty much every ecchi harem anime has at least 1 attempted female rapes man. But you know it doesnt count when the females do it cause all men like sex and they just act like they dont want it in anime... Damn thoose double standards... What I am trying to say is stop complaining about it its not a big deal. |

| rape is featured in two of my favorite anime. and in each instance it is treated appropriately within the context of the series/movie. rape happens and thats a fact. theres no reason it shouldn't be represented in anime. but it should never be for the purpose of gratiuitous fan service-ish type purposes |

| I have no say in the matter because rape on Kara No Kyoukai movie 4 was taken care of in a very gore way. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And that's the only case of rape I've witnessed. |

| Rape is absolutely disgusting what ever the context. Too many shows have kids being molested and raped for back story,plot, etc. Every time I see it anime I cringe and skip forward it's so appalling because the attackers hardly get punished. Anyone with a functioning brain would realize when characters are afraid of relationships or have trust issues or opening up they were probably abused as a child, so it is pointless to show. Bottom line it's just there for a bunch of sickos who get off on these kind of things. |
