| Damn ! What a wonderful end and what a win. I think I'lll rewatch the Team tournament arc. I'm not sure what will happen next,but I'm guessing that Chihaya will watch Arata,Taichi and Shinobu play in the individual tournament while she recovers from her injury |
| GOD DAMN THIS WAS AND WILL LIKELY REMAIN THE BEST OF EPISODE OF THE 2ND SEASON!!!! A culmination of sorts with previous matches, character development, and the Team Tournament Arc. Learning from Hokuo, Taichi's struggles, Mizusawa's determination, Tachi finding refuge in Chihaya at the end, even Arata and Chihaya meeting face to face again after Chihaya fulfilling her goal of being the best in Japan!! I think this is Chihaya's last match of the tourney though with her injury.... Quite the imagination Eromu : P  |

| One of the best episodes in the whole series. Matches were reaally intense. So damn happy for their win! And of course, Taichi was godlike this time. Though, I'm a bit sad about Chihaya's head being full of Arata and not him. Anyway, I still believe in you Mashima! |
| We've been waiting for this to happen forever. These guys deserve this win especially the losses they've been through in last season (and the Houkou this season). It was so tense though omg. |

| YOSSHA!! FINALLY THEY WIN :D That was DAMN TENSE!!!! Finally luck was on Taichi's side XD Let's see some Arata-Shinobu BAness nxt :) Too bad Chihaya probably won't play but It might actually be for the best that Chihaya won't be playing so they can focus on those 2 more hehe. Can't wait! |

| Great episode! really the emotions,the drama and that victory! REALLY SO DAMN GOOD!!! Happy that they finally win a tournament specially since we dont know if they will ever win one as a team like that! Taichi finally got luck! and thats how it should be,he got the momentum finally to get back in track and finally pass to Level A! As the last scene,just shows how much Arata means to Chihaya,really dont see chance for Taichi for her hearth at all.....poor Taichi! Well next we start the individual tournament!! and i think Chihaya will play,you guys forgot that Chihaya has 2 hands?? its obvious being her that she will play using her left hand, for sure she wont waste a chance to play both Shinobu and Arata for a injure having another hand. |

The changing of tides are something yet to be seen though.Anyway, dunno if I'm just fooling myself, but I feel like the match end showed Taichi's fate with Chihaya. He will struggle and have to go tough if up, with Chihaya being so engrossed by Arata, but the tide will change for him right before the end. Now the only thing that remains is for Mashima to win the individuals, hopefully. Congrats Team Mizusawa! |

| I almost stopped breathing completely! Another fantastic episode. I shouted a lot of "TAICHIIIIIII" after they won. I just love him so much. I almost cried in this episode. Ugh, Taichi <3 |
| Great episode. It did an excellent tense feeling to it. I liked the end where she said it's not over till the final verse is read. Also, the ending with Arata. Typical boy talk when they don't know what to say: grunt. |
| Like Taichi, I had to remind myself to breathe. Enthralling, just enthralling. This was a stellar episode, with more of the vicious, tense pacing from this season's earlier episodes but adding a prize at the end. I thought the last episode dragged a bit with some forced pacing but they delivered a monster this time around. I'm glad that they didn't grind us under the calling of the six dead cards. We've been through that already and it's a sign of mature creators that we didn't get wrung out that way again. I wonder what Arata and Shinobu, the consummate soloists, are feeling now. Chihaya has been waiting for what feels like a decade for this encounter with Arata. I'm glad that they had her being unaware of whether he'd even been watching or not. She needed to focus and obviously did. I've long thought that Chihaya needed something to happen with Arata before she would be able to see Taichi or Arata as men, or herself as anything but a karuta player. Well it came out in a rush here and once I can get over the match, I'm going to be wondering what happens next, off the tatami. |

| Gawd, I love Taichi :3 And Chihaya won!! :D That made me really happy because she is hurt and while I don't think she'll be able to participate in the individual tournament, she totally deserved to win. I never expected them to take the championship though, not that I'm complaining! Taichi is right though--they won't ever get a chance like this again and Chihaya can always participate in the individual tournament every year. |

| OH DEAR!! WHAT AN EPISODE!!! SO INTENSE!!! UWAAH!!!!! Clearly the best of season 2! Can't help but watch and rewatch yet wait for more to come! So happy for Chihaya! |
| WOW. I mean, seriously.. I really loved how everything at the end of the match related to Taichi's personal struggles, like the luck of the draw leading him to nearly break himself thinking that everything he does ends up being futile because of his shit luck, and ESPECIALLY that last card about the boatsman. "Not knowing where this love will take me" with the art of the boatsman staring down into the water at his lost oar. Perfect portrayal of his feelings for Chihaya. So much development in so little time for Taichi, you really felt his struggles this time. And he finally got his good luck. I loved how Chihaya looked up just in time. But right after that moment of fulfillment, he's brought right back to reality seeing Chihaya dwelling on(who else). Taichi's really becoming a favorite of mine, his story and constant struggle is just so genuine and relatable, and I can't wait to see how he moves forward from here. Now I know it's fate that he's voiced by Miyano Mamoru... Not only is he awesome as a character, but his cleverly calculated, memory dependant strategic approach to Karuta is by far the most interesting and entertaining playing style imo. Which brings me back to the match, I thought it was absolutely genius how they incorporated the card syncing strategy from the Hokuo match. When he announced which card he was sending rather than just that he was sending a card, I had the same reaction as Nikuman except I yelled AH SHIT I KNOW WHAT HE'S DOIN while pointing at the screen. I'm glad Retro-kun noticed it too, he'll probably give Taichi crap about it later. Man, what an episode. |

| GOSH WHAT A GREAT EPISODE!! The feels..... I was literally at the edge of my seat....every time Taichi competes, I seriously don't know what's gonna happen. Chihaya fell asleep right after she won her match xD...... but she was able to enlighten Taichi when he most needed it. How wonderful. 5/5 |
