| Those two giant holes in his neck must've destroyed his windpipe and larynx considering how much of a struggle he has breathing and speaking but having salty lasers pierce through one's throat would give off the same effect really. Erina's so confused about what was happening that she didn't know how to react except for swearing that she'll never leave him behind even if Jojo rigged the zombie ship to explode. They've gone through so much only for this to happen... |

| I was not expecting Dio develop like this and it's kind of amazing. Dio in a way was forced to see that he was inferior to Jonathan. The whole time I was waiting for a “mere human” to beat this arrogant monster but when it actually happened it was much more sentimental than to be expected. Who would have predicted that Dio would accept that he lost, he would accept that this man is someone to respect. It is still a warped form of respect, he is trying to kill him and take his body, but the way that he talked to Wang Shen showed that this isn't exactly an act. Wang Shen has history with Jonathan and he wants revenge but Dio will not stand for him insulting Jonathan or making him suffer. Further, here he was not arrogant, he was actually scared when it came to what Jonathan was doing, he was not underestimating him, he was preparing for one last stand and he showed some fear on his face. This was so shocking but for somebody to gain Dio’s respect like this is kind of awesome. Meanwhile Jonathan uses the last remaining hamon and his body, not to kill Wang Shen but to Kenshiro him and control his body. He used him as a suicide mission to take down Dio and his new army. Dio spreading zombies to the ship and getting a surprise attack on Jonathan was amazing but the only way Jonathan stops is if he’s dead gosh darn it!!! Now my one problem is that Erina wants to die with him, I know that you weren't around for all those themes that the story presented about carrying those that have supported you with you after their death, but girl come on you gotta stick with those themes. Have Jonathan strengthen your will and spirit! |
