| I dont know what GDO is, GTO stands for Great Teacher Onizuka. This is one of my favorite animes and is a definite addition to the collection. Kind of wish there was more. |

| First half of the episode i was kinda indifferent (because of various things like outdated art), but by the end i loved it, what a ending lol. Think this is a show i'm going to love. |

| This was a great opening to the series. Despite the fact that the show is ten years old, it still has that "relevant" feel to it. I enjoyed the gritty dramatic feeling with the show. The way the main character dealt with the students lives was a bit unorthodox, but I think that's what I enjoyed about the show. I feel that GTO has a very high chance of becoming a personal favourite. |

| ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I too was put off by the outdated art, but by the end of the first episode, I changed my mind completely. Great characters and story so far. Mr. Onizuka is fucking awesome. |

| Really great first episode! I liked the drama, so I imagine I'll like the anime too. :) It may be a bit "outdated", but the art isn't horrible and it seems interesting, more than anything. |
My favorite part was when he took the hammer to the wall. It was absolutely absurd and part of what makes this show fun. It is worth checking out a few more episodes. |
