| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A very interesting episode on the background of Ringo with her family as follows,  is looks like a happy family. Loved meeting Ringo’s mother in the spoiler Himari was totally epic being possessed by the hat and suddenly becoming a cow in the following,  I would never think she could could drink 6 MILK BOTTLES? As seen in the spoiler

| Excellent episode once again. I'm not sure if the cow and the curry were direct references to Utena but they sure did remind me of those two wacky episodes. All I can say is that Ringo sure is a crazy bitch. I wonder how this will play out in the future episodes. Also, I can't help but chuckle whenever Ringo references "Destiny" regarding Tabuki. Akira Ishida sure does a lot of roles that involve "Destiny" doesn't he? |

| I immediately thought of Nanami's brief cameo appearance in the Utena Movie as soon as Himari appeared in the cow outfit, I was lol'ing. And the curry? I'm loving all these Utena references, it makes me so happy. Hilarious episode, I am not minding that we don't know what the hell the Penguin Drum is yet, the penguin antics keep me highly entertained. |

| I flinched when she touched that pot with her bare hands. Ringo is crazy as hell. Creepy but she's still interesting. Them penguins are still full of win. And I'm really liking that reused Survival Strategy sequence even though it's reused animation. But I'm not liking that the brothers keep saying "For Himari" every single time. So now they know the target but is that really the Penguindrum. Next week I guess. Lots and lots of curry here. Made me hungry. I'd like some curry for dinner now. |

So one twin is a real player and the other is the usual hapless anime hero. There are lots of interesting dynamics here. I have no idea where this arc is going. |

Yeah I like how they made one of the brothers (kanba) mature and a non-virgin like character (im not saying Kanba has sex with a lot of ladies or anything) im just saying its rare we have a main protagonist who is popular with the girls and doesn't act like a spazz who is blind to girls advances he is also skilled at many other things that apparently his ex's thought him. Kanba is a cool guy he kinda reminds me of a Hero version of Izaya. On topic: Im happy the Sensei has a girlfriend and I don't feel sorry for Ringo at all because she is a fucking nutjob she grabbed the pot just for him to eat her curry that was batshit insane. I didn't like Himari's Hairstyle in this episode but her voice is so HHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!! So that made up for it. |

| Another good episode. Not as good as the first two but still good. Kanba is simply awesome. Every time he is on screen everything is wonderful and nothing hurts. |

| It takes a certain level of crazy to do what Ringo did in this episode especially switching the pots while the first one was hot AND run away with it. I suspect something going on between Ringo and her diary like Ginny Weasley and Tom Riddle's diary. It's not exactly the same kind of relationship but that's what came to mind for me. |

| Another great episode. The brothers keep emphasizing that they'd go any lengths for Himari and that's probably foreshadowing enough that things won't turn out pretty. The penguins are still as hilariously ridiculous as ever (`･⊝･´) (`･⊝･´) (`･⊝･´) Also, them Ringo's facial expressions. This part really cracked me up. |

Not even showing until October but it will blow this out of the water. How do I know? Gen Urobuchi(Madoka, Phantom, Saya) + Kinoko Nasu(Fate, kara no kyoukai and Tsukihime) + ufotable = unbeatable awesome. I read the books. With a story and staff like this I can't see how it could go wrong. If they don't screw it up we shall see something for the ages. Anyway this episode was quite good. Can't wait to see more. |

| It was an Alright episode. I liked the cow scene xD it was adorable. It was kinda like the previous episode where they were following her around and stuff. but looks like next episode they finally gone get that destiny diary or something. I at the moment like the big brother more than the lil one since he's taking more responsiblity too. Unlike the other guy who keeps falling down to a pit in the "Survival Stradegy" :3 Cant wait for more of this anime (just guessing here but i think Ringo doesnt have the penguin drum. and that that blond chick is porbably gona die or something:P) |
