| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, after the previous completely out of the book episode, we finally entering the point where the movie started and I'm guessing this is gonna be carried to the next six episodes after which we'll get the actual Season 2 of Kimetsu no Yaiba. Rengoku is finally on the train to investigate the case of missing people and now we wait... Nice to see all of the familiar faces on the train doing all well and good for the time being and then all of them getting into their deep slumber by the demon we already know. Btw, that OP was PepeJAM. |

| Back to the movie scenes with some cuts here and there. It's time for Rengoku to investigate the train accident but we all know the outcome. Still enjoying this. |

| Great episode as expected. Got a lot of Umai in the beginning, somehow more than I remember. xD Most of the scenes were straight out of the movie, I really do love the way they animate the katana movement in this show. Rengoku's flame attacks were too cool. Tanjiro seeing his family again, his tears transcend the dream. :( Can't wait for the next episode. |

| Time to see where the anime has placed the extra 70 animation cuts. LiSA'a OP and ED are to be expected, great. THe meeting of the Demon Slayers and Flame Hashira Rengoku on the Mugen Train, a memorable start from the movie. And immediately be put to sleep by the Lower One Demon Enmu. The first additional cut: adding the children and the conductor scene just before the halfway point transition where the passengers fled away from the demon, plus the ending sequence of the Mugen Train passing by. More to come for this. |

| The OP was fire and we finally entering the point where the movie starts glad to see them back. I hope episode 7 is rengoku one shot. |

| Pretty nice opening. Lisa's as amazing as always. Not the best of first impressions huh. Such a quick and flashy move to take down that demon amazing. Rengoku really made things look easy though. Overall an excellent ep that while featuring almost the same content as the movie also did well to add some new additions that serve to enhance the narrative as well. The new openings and endings and their respective visuals were both pretty good. Retaining Lisa for both was the best choice. Though it looks like they had to remove the grave scene from the movie though. |

| Ahhhhhhh, where was this Opening in the Movie? The visuals are stunning and of course we have LiSA again in the OP and ED. Aside from that; UMAI! I'm curious about the household view percentages these episodes will get. |

| So far if I am comparing which does not have much difference honestly. They just had a small extended scene with Rengoku eating. Other than that. The opening and ending was really nice and was hot fire. The ending shows some nice times with Rengoku's family. Next episode seems nice. Taisho secret was fine as good as always. |

| I remember seeing a thread where people were talking about their disappointment at not having Lisa back for the theme songs this season. Looks like they got what they wished for with her doing the OP and ED of this portion of the season. Not much difference so far between this and the movie. Aside from a couple small shots, this was basically lifted directly from the movie and shortened to the length of a TV episode. I mean, that was to be expected I guess lol but it's still nice to see it again. |

| Well boys and girls, the shitshow that is being brewed by the haters and dissidents are going to start anytime now once some of them watches this episode, and for their sake they might have points given to them. We're now at the more or less first 20 minutes of Mugen Train (I think), and aside from a couple of distinctive shots and scenes, most of the shit we see in this episode are from the movie. So point given for the non-believers, but hey we got another OP & ED combo from LiSA. Imo ED > OP, I will leave it at that. For now, nothing too unusual in this version of Mugen Train, we see the trio embarking in the train while Rengoku enjoys his food. All the passengers onboard goes to sleep, as the kids do their job entrusted by them by Enmu, and our Demon Slayers have now fallen into their own dreams. All I wish is to see Zenitsu and Inosuke's dreams expand from the limited minutes we've been given from the movie, I really liked those scenes because they're funny as all hell. But for now, pretty normal episode I hope it doesn't be this stagnant for the rest of the arc. |

| The episode was great, especially those action sequences and of course that hilarious "ANIKI!!!" scene, haha. We finally could see new opening and ending, and wow, just wow. They looked way better than I expected they would look like. Awesome visuals with great songs, definitely high-quality works of art. I loved how they fit the general idea of how solid openings and endings should look like in animes. I definitely won't skip both of them while watching the next episodes of Mugen Train TV series. :) |
| So we now started where the movie began. I still need time to open up to the op and ed, but for now, I prefer the ed. It was enjoyable to see familiar faces again. |

| Yeah, oped from Lisa always being appreciated by me. The visual of op kinda hinted some new content over there, but i honestly don't know whats new on that one, and, this. Because itself just too minor, or i am just not too concern about detail. Other than that, nothing really stand much on this episode, just the usual feeling from the movie. Next! |

| The episode is amazing, very good as always, the problem is that it's just a recap of the movie. WHAT SENSE TO WATCH THE MOVIE? I thought there would be more exclusive scenes like in ep 1, but after this episode you can see that they just cut the movie into several episodes and are making a lot of money out of it. ridiculous attitude |

| having watched the movie in summer this is all very fresh to me so was just jumping around to see if there were any changes and i assume this will be the trend going forward till some more drastic changes or new added stuff pops up op and ed were the only things that stood out this week |

| There was nothing really new for the people who already watched the movie, but I still had a good time with this episode. Seeing Rengoku fight always puts a smile on my face. OP and ED both sound great and I'm really looking forward to the additional new cuts they added in. |

| Well nothing much to say except it started off picking up from the movie itself well we'll have to wait for some time 5 more episodes to go for the second season and Lisa again with the music to bring Demon Slayer back to its good old days. |

| Interesting first start. If I'm understanding correctly they didn't even kill any demons. They were just asleep the whole time. Seems that way since the bit where our 3 boys were floating around Rengoku praising him was like some weird trip. |
| Even though it’s Just the train arc but as a series the animation makes it worth the watch but hopefully they add more new scenes that weren’t in the movie |

| It's expectedly not as enjoyable as the first episode since it's stuff I've seen but it wasn't bad. The new opening and ending were fantastic though... You can never go wrong with a ufotable and lisa combo and I'm glad the new OP/ED just proved that even further. I love it |

| It was alright, pretty much the beginning of the movie. I think it has some new cuts, idk maybe I forgot stuff from the movie. lol New OP and ED by LiSA, always great to have LiSA back. |
