| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Unsurprisingly, Thor won the battle. Feel bad for Lu Bu, but he didn't really stand a chance against the might of Mjolnir. At least he was happy in the end and his horse survived. Hope the Valkyrie he used is still alive. If the pacing continues like this, there will only be like three more battles this season. So hopefully they pick up the pace and at least go through half of the rounds, since who knows if this show is going to be continued after this season. |

| "Red Hare is just an extension to Lu Bu's body" What wise words. Loved it. Man... this was one hell of a fight. Lu Bu using his Sky Eater against Thor's Gerrold Mjolnir was so fuckin' hype and the animation also picked up quite nicely there. I wasn't sure there for a moment who's gonna win, but in the end, Thor conquered Lu Bu's head in this battle. At least, Lu Bu was happy and excited during this fight. |

| Damn. I was hoping that Lu Bu would pull of some kind of miracle and beat Thor, but it was not meant to be. Still, Lu Bu gave his all against Thor with his Red Hare by his side and having Zhang Fei, Guan Yu, Liu Bei, and Chen Gong cheering for him made me happy as a Dynasty Warriors fan. Can't wait to see what happens in the next match. |

| Not gonna lie, this show's OST is pretty damn good. Well... leaving animation matters aside, I actually enjoyed this episode. The way in how the hype surrounding Lu Bu's ultimate attack was built was perfectly handled. Wonder if the Valkyrie he used as weapon died tho. Consolation Prize: Lu Bu made Aphrodite feel horny. |

| The jiggle action from Aphrodite’s boobs when she talks are hilarious. Lu Bu has some dedicated cheerleaders at least. That sky split was pretty awesome hopefully holding it like that won’t kill the Valk though. Nvm seems it did kill the Valk no fucks given by Thor between Lu Bu biting his arm off and Thor taking off his head that was a good ending. |
| so thor beat lu bu after 4 long episodes or 1hr20min.. looks like we will have to endure all the reaction shots in the world and character backstories like we did with thor and lu bu. definitely going to be hard |
| Hmm... that was just okay. But this feels so dragging. I came to watch this anime to shut my brain and purely watch fist fights. I didn't care how ridiculous this would be. But I didn't expect one fight to last that long. Hmm... I might just drop this and re-watch Kengan Ashura instead. |

| The first match comes to an end with the winner being Thor. Must be sad for all of Lu Bu's soldiers to see him die a second time, yet must also feel good seeing their lord finally being happy. Thor pulled an Aizen and stopped Lu Bu's music. |
