| Personal opinion: nope or maybe I have shit taste too. LOL. Yeah, some anime are shitty, but that's how the world works. You make golden ones and you sometimes make trash too. I teach English to Japanese students, and we usually have similar tastes whenever we talk about anime. Like the popular anime there are also popular in my country. |

| In Japan, people don't really have much time, so they use media as escapism. In West, all they have is time, so they try to find deeper (and sometimes illogical) meanings in every piece of media. Also F&F and Marvel earn billions, so west has shit taste too. |
Anime was it's best 20000 years ago, when cavemen drew art with real depth. Modern anime is all garbage. I miss great old days of anime. |

| The Westerners apparently don't realize that Anime is meant for Japanese people.If someone says "BoO HoO JaPaN rEaLlY hAvE sHiT tAsTe" they've got to be incredibly super childish and ironically they are the same ones who worship Japan lmfao. | Nope, quite the opposite in fact. In Japan, nothing gets unreasonable hate or praise. The west overpraise a lot of garbage such as Death Parade and will shit on anything moe that isn't Made in Abyss. The west are the one with shit taste because of their aversion to cute stuff and their obsession for "mature" looking anime. |
