The pajama jokes aside, it still has the usual humor and the Princess even questions about human and demon falling in love. It's the type of episode that deals with the anime's humorous gags with princess even thinking of idea of training a body double. |

| Lot of misunderstandings in this episode, like Princess x Demon King or with the poor succubus xD all she wanted was to be popular but now she's traumatized by the princess. Also that last part really looked like Mewkledreamy, it's even the same colors |

| I'd be interested to know how well this is doing in Japan, if its enough for a 2nd season. it's definitely a sleeper hit here, although the manga seems to be well-known by English readers. I'm constantly having the conversation of "hey you should watch this anime thats airing", only for the person to go "that got an anime? I was planning on reading it/only read a couple chapters". |

| The princess and succubus misunderstood each other but the princess was happy to get a sleep (an eternal one) at the end lol. The demons in the castle found out that the hero is princess’ fiance. They got him out of the princess’ dreams and even left a cake at the her room. That was really sweet of them. Only 1 episode to go :( :( :( I’m really sad to see Maoujou de Oyasumi ending. It’s my favorite anime of Fall 2020. |

| Harpy's so cute! and Cubey tried hard but turned into another traumatized demon. besides, Hime didn't let her brush the Teddy demons T___T irdk why, but always feel Hypno like good news love how this adaptation maintain the pacing of the manga gags/humor and filler improves the scene WolfChaos said: Why is she called Cubey? | Cubey got screen time! YAY! I didn't expect her to have the kind of personality she has though. Princess didn't end up going to the pajama party...*sadness*. Well even in the Princesses dreams the hero comes to haunt her, he really is a superhuman. After all the attacks he faced he's still able to stand on his own two feet. I find that wild! Good episode :) |

| The nightmares of the princess are utter hell for the hero, too funny XD Was nice to see more of Cubey, she really does look a lot like the Princess, didn't occur to me the first time we saw her! The missunderstanding between the Cleric and Lord was hilarious, Demon Lord made it even worse for himself. How the princess was able to fall asleep there is a miracle! |

| Lmao the whole cubey and syallis interaction was hilarious. I think the fact that hime is more afraid of the “hero” and going home than staying kidnapped speaks volumes lol. I think it’s pretty apparent that cubey could be someone to replace Syallis as the hero’s object of affection given their resemblance and personality differences. I wonder if we’d see that happen this season. One more episode to go and I’m gonna be really sad to see this one end. Definitely one of DG’s best of the year and a slept on gem, literally. |

| Awesome episode! Harpy is a fav so it was great seeing her again, even if that definitely means she will suffer. It was also funny that she was invited *to* a pajama party, as in, not in her cell. Obviously she leaves her cell all the time but it was the first time one of the demons just expected her to be able to leave her cell. The misunderstandings in the Demon Lord's bedroom were hilarious. It was nice to have a Kyubey-centric episode, too. Lots of suffering there, as well. lol Only one more episode?! I need more! |

| Man, never expect this wholesome show will be end at the next week. I am already missed this goddamn fuckin awesome sleeping lesson with a lot of adorable characters from A to Z. Well, this episode contained a new level of relationship between demon king and princess, via a certain party that left it to be just like that. Nooo! But, its still funny. Princess expression that gave no damn care still top-notch. While indeed, its a pity for demon king to received such a big punishment from his subordinate. Lol. His expression, then Matsuoka voice acting, its damn right to hit the right place! The second part where the little succubus finally had a full screen time. Once again, like any other demons, she received the same treatment from the sleepy princess. I felt bad because she just wanted be popular. But its funny af, so i don't care much with her pity role xD. I hope that chick had its last contribution again the next week. Come on! The last one, where the hero, as princess fiance identity finally revealed. Its still in the funny way, tho. Never expect that the paper the demon king dropped at the first part was actually a summoner dream slip that connected the person to whoever placed the signs on it. As the result? A sleepy princess got a nightmare, but at the same time, its gave her the best sleep ever. Hell yeah! And by that situations, the demons finally concluded their decision. A super hard mode for the hero! Its the beginning of the long-road for the hero, before he can actually save the princess. Lol. For Doga Kobo, just give me a second season already! |

| DAYUM Princess Syalis gets popular overtime (at least with the teddy demons), and now Harpy is joining in the fun. A pajama party? YEAP, and in the Demon Castle no less. The Hero continues to be trolled by the Demon King, but the latter can't escape Princess Syalis's invitation...to talk about love...??? The FORBIDDEN love between a human and demon? It'd be VERY interesting to have one...but the Demon Cleric isn't happy about that. That was a very hilarious misunderstanding. Oh well, NO pajama party! The dumb Succubus Cubey is back, and wanting to achieve popularity like Pincess Syalis? A doppelganger that leads to YET another funny misunderstanding and alike. The Princess died and raised to life again, TWICE. She'd make a good doppelganger. The 20-hour sleepy demon Hypnos being requested to peak into Syalis's nightmare of the weirdo Hero-cum-fiance D-Whatsit chasing her down each and everytime due to a slip of paper that was used for autographs...he's an even scarier nightmare to content with. I'd think we all know by now that Princess Syalis DOESN'T desire to be saved, her rightful place has always been in the Demon Castle. |

| I. That misunderstanding between our Demon King and Cleric about Sya sleeping in the room. It was all just about a pajama party. Poor Harpy, she can never really bond with the Princess. II. Cubey really wants to be popular as a succubus. She ended up being chased and driven mad by the Princess. III. D-whatsit is getting to the nerves of our Princess, even in their dreams. The Demon King realizes why and decides to treat her with a cake once she wakes up awww. Next week is the last episode bois. My Tuesday anime will end soon, hope we have a happy and warm sendoff for the anime. |

| Aw man, last episode will be next week. Will miss this series. On another note, this series does not fail to sell their characters well, and Cubey is no exception. Very wholesome, yet painful episode for her (and for the hero, too). Looking forward to how this ends. Hope there will be a 2nd season. |

| Another really great episode, poor Harpy always getting shafted by Syalis lmao. The misunderstandings this episode was fantastic though, Cleric was throwing hands to the Demon King. Cubey came for lessons, Cubey got trauma. Lmao, they finally realized that the Hero is Syalis's fiance. Yes, Syalis deserves some cake after that nightmare. Man, I did not like hearing that the next episode is the final night fuck. I hope a season 2 will be announced. |

| The realisation about the Hero now makes me wonder how much the tables are going to turn other than the demons turning up their defences to 'super hard mode'. It all started as a kidnapping, but it feels like Syalis is going to want the demons to protect her from being rescued by the Hero when he finally makes it to the castle xD |

Only one more episode left, and such a shame it's almost over already. |

| How old is the Princess? Anyway, I actually like the idea of her and the Demon King forming a relationship, romantic and political at the same time... Her reaction to the Hero is hilarious. And it's so cute how she woke up to find a cake. She's really the happiest in this castle. |

| If Hime weren't portrayed as a bratty little girl, I would be full on board with that Maou x Hime ship. As a whole, this episode wasn't as strong as previous ones but I gotta say the last segment featuring Hime's nightmares about Yuusha was simply great. It really made up for those first two segments. So... only one episode left, uh? Man, this series sure was a pleasant surprise during this season. |

| Harpy is back and is inviting Hime-sama to pajama party! That's great! XD However, she needs more information about it and decides to go to the demon king for practice! Well, this has cause great misunderstanding especially when they talk about a forbidden love between humans and demons! The demon cleric overhears this and attacks the demon king while Hime-sama just literally fall asleep through all the noise! That's a really hillarious misunderstanding! Also the quest got abandoned and I feel bad for Harpy! 😂 This episode also introduces a succubus who looks a lot like Hime-sama, Cubey! The difference is Hime-sama is much scarier! I feel bad for Cubey, and also Harpy for her jealousy on Cubey! Also the part where Hime-sama fall into the magma and go suyaaaaaaaa (while turned into a tombstone) is hillarious! 😁 The third half is so weird! D-whatsit have invade Hime-sama's dream and is now torturing Hime-sama's sleep which makes her restless! I see, the demon king accidentally dropped it while diverting D-whatsit to the left path! I feel bad for Hime-sama, She already suffered a lot from the past! Well, this is it everyone! Next Tuesday is the last night! We had a lot of fun and laughed a lot with the anime! XD Oh yeah, Hime-sama face reaction really cracks me up! 😂 |
