| I don't see many current anime, I don't follow seasonals, so I can't tell, but after watching shows like MHA and Mob I guess it's safe to say that yeah, they are quite competent to be considered currently one of the best. |

| When is comes to animation quality, Kyoto Animation is the top. Look at Hyouka for example. The anime came out 7 years ago but its animation quality is still a lot better than most newer anime coming out today. |

| My soft spot will always be Kyoto Animation, or at least until some other studio proves me wrong. Bones is #6 according to my malgraph though with the nuance of only having seen three shows from them. |

Maybe if their character designers didn't suck that much I'd appreciate the look of these characters. |

| Nope. Maybe if you are obsessed with shounen you might think so. Madhouse has been and always will be the top dog. Once you adapt something as great as Hunter X Hunter and Tatami Galaxy your place is forever cemented. |

| I still haven't seen anime from Bones that I would consider as one of my personal favorites, but they do make really great anime with great stories and I do have to say that many of the most impressive action animation that I've seen comes from them. They consistently deliver, they deserve the praise. My personal favorite studios would be Production I.G and Sunrise. |
| I like them, but they're not my number 1 favorite. They'd be the #5 slot behind Madhouse, Sunrise, Production IG, and Kyoto Animation in terms of volume of good shows I've seen from them. |
