| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- As every episode passes on, I feel like we're seeing the competition get more and more intense. There's still many skilled sumo wrestlers out there after all. Pretty good momentum this episode too. On the stage, it gave chance for characters like Mitsuhashi a chance to shine despite his size. Seriously, his opponent must be at least twice his size. Good to see Kunisaki in action too. |

| Lol, even Taka-tin is here. The prelims started and it's already against Ishigami, the pace is definitely fast. Nice try Kei, but it's almost a given that such an easy move would be countered. Kunisakis fight was really hype, looking forward to next week. |

We finally at the Tournament. :D Would still love it if the fights were more animated, was definitely better than the still frames we had before but still wish it'd be more animated. Mitsuhashi did his best, respect man. To even stand in the ring against an opponent so much bigger and stronger than you takes real guts. The final fight between Kunisaki and Gennosuke was awesome despite the little over usage of monologues, still really good though. Looking forward to next week especially Hinomaru's bout. |

| Way to go guys for winning most of the matches so far especially Kunisaki in that last match. I feel bad though for Mitsuhashi for losing twice in a row, I liked his spirit though that he is not there to make memories but to be the best in Japan. I guess the guys have all improved, I really can't wait for Ushio to face that arrogant Mizuki and wipe his silly smile. So far so good. Good episode, |

| This anime would have been an 8+ if the adaptation is good but they decide to rush it and skip so many thing. Well the manga is amazing for sure but not the anime sadly. |
| Nice episode. As I expected, the tournament was really entertaining to watch so now, I'm looking forward to the rest of the matches, especially Ushio's. Kei's determination deserve some respect, being honest. He has guts to face off an opponent bigger and stronger than him, not to mention, surrounded by a lot of people murmuring and stuff. So yeah, props to him. The moment he wins his first match, I'm sure that will be epic. The final match was great as well. Kunisaki was a beast and I'm really glad he was able to win. |

| If only we got better art and animation to signify the moments better. The Ushio vs Chihiro in the 2nd episode was so much better, stuff moving is the way to make this impressive. Still Chihiro is such perfect bara material it's unreal, I love seeing his bouts, Yuma shouldn't disappoint either! |

| Odachi has definitely improved a lot. Kei has become better, but is still lacking, but he has the determination to become stronger, and his teammates have a lot of respect for him. Chihiro did great in this episode especially. |

| Dammit really thought Kei would win that fight, but yeah given with the amount of training he never stood a chance, at least he tried his best and didn't give up Kunisaki's fight was awesome |
